  1. Replica of my full scale toy. Bought it new on Thursday July 2nd 1998 from Ray Whitfield Ford in Taylor Michigan. The car has never been in rain, snow, salt or dirt. All original and unmodified except for a K&N air filter and modifying the GT emblems on the fenders. When I put it away fer the winter in September it had 9,600 miles. Model is an AMT Mustang GT modified to '98 specs. Gonna drive it alot more his Summer now that I've retired.
  2. Built this Monogram Shelby when it first wuz issued, originally I built this as an "as delivered" new GT350 with standard silver Station wagon wheels. Chassis is detailed with a driveshaft loop, hangers for the tail pipes, and factory assembly paint codes. But an incident involving gravity created a Crack in the driver's door, so the fix wuz to apply race decals to make is a quasi race car.
  3. The Munsters Coach and Grandpa's Dragula, built from original kits sometime in the early 80's. Made a few changes to the Coach, engine from the AMT Cobra, radius rods, drag link, fuel filler pipe and arm rests to the rear seat. The Dragula has had the canopy opened and hinged and the front wheels and tires have been replaced. Jimmy Flintstone gave me the Herman and Grandpa's figures, I finished them using the movie "Munster go home" as a color guide.
  4. Shifter base wuz scratch built, lever came from the parts box. I'll try to get a pic of it posted.
  5. I started this build about 10 years ago or so and only recently finished it so I don't remember where the trans came from but it is not exactly correct. The correct auto trans should be a C4 Cruise-O-Matic but I as I recall I couldn't locate a 1/24 C4 trans so I "close enoughed it" with goodies from the parts box.
  6. Kinda rare 1/32 scale Revell/AMT 1955 Chrysler New Yorker Deluxe St. Regis circa 1954. Finished to match the box art. Built from a mint original kit given to me by Son which he bought at a Flea market fer a coupla bucks. The chrome is original, the body is painted with Tamiya paints and the trim is BMF foil and Molotow chrome brushed on. The driver figure has been modified, originally he wuz signaling a left turn with his arm out the window so I changed his arm to holding the bottom of the steering wheel. No clear parts, models from this era didn't have "glass" Multi piece body wuz lotsa fun to put together, and the ancient plastic didn't get along well with modern liquid cement, used lotsa epoxy.
  7. Replica of SFM6S2086, believed to be the most original '66 GT350 extant. Wuz sold at Mecum in 2018 with 6970 original miles. Sold originally thru Stark Hickey Ford in Royal Oak Michigan in ivy green with automatic transmission, 10 spoke wheels, and without LeMans stripes. Monogram kit with a few goodies added...10 spoke wheels from the '70 Boss 429 kit, opened up to provide some depth, photo etch grille and "GT350" emblem, correct '66 Michigan license plates, under ride traction bars, autotrans and shifter and a bunch other stuff. 2/17/23-Added some pics of the interior.
  8. My little shop of Horrors...just got done doing a little clean up between projects.
