  1. Any time Pal! Just name it! 👍 It'll be a great project!
  2. You put a beautiful truck to life here Jeff! It's a real eye catcher! Great job! 👍
  3. Nice job Jeff! The installed engine is awesome and the whole build .... Wow!
  4. Very nice! Neat work and authentic paint work!
  5. Cool stuff Jeff! Always looking real and authentic what you do!
  6. Well done! I can imagine it's hard looking at a model getting dustier every day! The question to me has always been, which one goes in the case and which one doesn't? A hard decision! You'll do the right thing!
  7. Beautiful truck! Very nice paint scheme, very well executed!
  8. Nice! I'm glad that my Superliner is not the only one here. Are you going to use a kit body or printed?
  9. Nice! 👍 Unfortunately it's not exactly on my daily route. Last time I was in Utah that was 1993, in Moab!
  10. Looking better everyday, even if that's actually not possible! 😉
  11. Thanks Jeff! Concerning the decals, I created them on the computer, mostly Powerpoint or something and then I print them on decal paper, either white or transparent. On white you get deeper colors but you have to cut them out very precisely. In this case I used a transparent sheet. The colors didn't come out as deep as I hoped but it was easy to cut them out! The hood tilts pretty well! And here's a birds eye view!
  12. Thanks everyone! I really appreciate it! Till the new hood arrives there's not much to do. Put the side steps on the tanks and sleeper, rear plates, chains, a bit of fine tuning here and there! Still missing: fuel filler caps, bumper has to be glued on, ...
  13. How's this? Also got the end pieces of the fuel tanks:
  14. Thanks everyone! I'm convinced! 👍 Squares it shall be!
  15. You mean like these? Thanks for your honest opinion Guys!
  16. I'm thinking about the head lights! I'm not so convinced anymore If it really looks good! I do have rectangular doubles in the box. What do you guys think?
  17. That's gonna be an interesting build Ron! Your knowledge of all of these PB types is impressive! But even if it is, as you say, more KW than PB, I don't think that matters since they both come out of the Paccar truck forge! Looks really promising! I'll be watching this!
  18. I don't think I'll ever figure that out! I'm way behind in that stuff! Looking great, Jeff!
  19. Don't worry about it! Ever seen a truck where everything's symmetric? I saw a Bentley Arnage the other day! The gaps left and right of the trunk lid were totally different! Even the best of the best have faults! 😉
  20. Looks great Jeff! This is gonna be another one of your marvelously detailed builds!
  21. Wow Gary! That is one awesome truck you got there! Amazing work! Jeff was absolutely right wenn he said that anyone would be proud to wheel that down the road!
  22. Decals applied. A mock-up to see how it will look when I have the resin hood! Then I will put the bulldog on top and a few other details that I don't want to waste like turning signals, "Superliner" emblems, ...! This hood is a bit warped and the surface is not so nice to look at! The head lights are just attached with double sided tape so I can take them off easily again. I decided to give it a not so typical look by using single lamps instead of the common double rectangulars.
