Paint...If you use automotive spray paint, be careful to use a primer that will be compatible with the plastic and the paint, as automotive paints are "hotter" chemically and will craze the plastic if you don't guard against it. Very light coats helps somewhat as well.
I think I'll try the camel yellow over red to see how it looks...I have a truck and trailer to do as well as a Lumina!
Here's my one...77 Ford LTD II Squire...Dad had one, was one of the first cars I drove regularly. Had the 351M, 14 inch wheels, no AC and lovely vinyl and cloth plaid seats! Of course the requisite wood siding! Was a tank!
