  1. Are you going to bring out the MSD in white. Anyway's looks good.
  2. After posting about the Hamm's Beer T Bucket I now get ads for Hamm's Beer shirts. Man ai is watching our every move ?.
  3. Ooo yeah I like the look of that ?.
  4. I always love it when people meticulously ad back the detail it just makes it look right. Good work.
  5. I feel you. Whenever stuff gets dry a mock-up always gets you going again. Great work ?.
  6. Don't go that far you could swap In a 429 boss!
  7. Well I haven't had any problems with it. I've used it in other stuff like around the house repairs. I guess I haven't used it enough to have problems.
  8. Lifted trucks are NOT monster trucks.
  9. Ooo man that looks really sharp?. I'll be watching to see where this goes.
  10. Looks awesome what clear did you use?
  11. Looks really clean nice job ?.
  12. Quick tip. I don't know if you guys know this but if you put super glue In an area (liquid stuff not the jell) then put baking soda on it then it dries instantly. You can use it as a filler or to just glue stuff together. Mind you it's extremely strong so your not getting it off.
  13. Speaking of Des Moines I think I saw some in the iowa city hobby store hobby corner if that's not to far away for you. I was looking on their online store to double check.
  14. Nope we adopted her, her name is peanut.
  15. Here's my 3 year old baby, Leia (yes she's named after Princess Leia from star wars). She is a springer spaniel my favorite dog, I might be a little bias because that's the only breed I've had. She's pretty good at giving the side eye when she's tired.? Here's a pretty rare occasion. Shes not attacking the cat.?
  16. Question Bob, what intake did you use for this. Is it a sbf intake or did you use something else. The reason I ask is because I plan to build a replica of my grandfather's t bucket. He was planning on putting a small block chevy in it, but my dad said no, you gotta put a ford in it. So he used a 289 from one of my dad's 66 fairlane parts car. This will be my next build but I have something that is putting all my model building to a tiny trickle, the car I'm slowly working on is the mpc 67 corvette. Pics of my grandfather's Hamm's Beer T. He is a collector of all things Hamms Beer because of the last name. This is all I have done so far.
  17. Just so you know 66, 67, 68-69 grills are all different. The 66 and 67 front bumpers are the same but 68-68 is completely different. I'm a falcon fanatic so I just thought I should drop off a little of my knowledge.
  18. I love how you referred to the worn off chrome as patina?.
  19. I have this one to but I hate how amt destroyed the 69 falcon tooling to make this. My dad's first car, a 1966 falcon (which he still has today in running and driving order) has been a car that I have always loved. I would love to build one of the big bodied falcons (66-69) whether it be stock or drag, I just don't care for the modified stocker. I have always wanted a amt annual from the 60s my absolute favorite falcon years are the 66-67 because they are the oly big bodied falcons with round taillights. They are just impossible to find though. Ranting aside your falcon looks awesome ?. Glad you got that one on the shelf. Picture of my dad's car today (will remove Picture if you want)
  20. That's a little detail that I would never have noticed, partly because I'm not a hard-core mopar fan. I'm a ford guy for life (hence the name). But now I have to check if I made the same mistake on mine. You just had to point that out didn' you?. But seriously thanks for the info.
  21. Looks really nice. I think you got the fade spot on?. And who cares about the gas cap, maybe you do but I think it looks good anyway That picture is what it feels like sometimes when your working with removing tranys from engines isn't it.
  22. Ooo, ah. That looks like a very awesome project. The 429 is a great engine choice.
  23. Looks good. Like the stance. ?
