  1. I don't see any cut corners, looks great! Well deserved award.
  2. Exactly! Some of those outdoor shots are indistinguishable from a 1:1. Outstanding model.
  3. Well done "phantom". I think these would have sold fairly well.
  4. That is sweet! Great detailing on the running gear and in the trunk. Nicely done.
  5. Beautiful job Mark! I really look forward to your posts, love the subject matter.
  6. Stunning transformation, well done! That one shot next to the wall could be mistaken for 1:1.
  7. Another killer build from your bench! I really like your dio for pictures as well.
  8. I like it! Maybe the best looking generation IMO.
  9. I agree. Well done.
  10. Outstanding! The only nit I would pick is to tone down the gloss a bit on the seats, but otherwise this is very cool.
  11. A long journey's end. Outstanding museum quality work. Harry would be proud! Thanks so much for taking us along for the ride.
  12. That is a beauty! Great paint and foil work.
  13. I'm blown away by your black paint jobs, just outstanding. Perhaps you could give us a tutorial on your methods?
  14. Wow Tom, high praise indeed! It's nowhere near one of Harry's builds but I like to think he would have enjoyed the subject. Thanks Eric. Those headlight brackets are a bear, I didn't mount them to the frame in the order the instructions said but at the end and had a real hard time. They still don't quite line up. I must say this is a very challenging kit, and satisfying once it's completed. I built the runabout and still have the Touring body in the stash.
  15. Outstanding replica! I love the colors, neat and clean paint and foil. I have to get one of these.
  16. My latest completion. These ICM kits are not for the faint of heart, but they have great details and scale appearance. I've had this one on the bench since January and finally got all the little brass bits attached. Just don't breathe on it too hard! Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
  17. Neat, clean work, great color choices. Were flatheads that color in '53? Did those spotlights come in the kit? I really like this!
  18. Great renditions of both cars, I'm partial to the convertible. Well done.
  19. Me too! Daddy was a car guy for sure, nice work.
  20. Very nice work. All I can think of when I see one of these is the Zagruder film
  21. I love it, perfect color scheme and the Stingray bikes really set the mood! Well done.
  22. I'm blown away by some of the lists here, I don't know how you could keep track of that many builds. I have limited myself to 3 on the bench at any one time, I won't start another until one of those 3 is finished. On the bench now: 1914 Model T fire car (ICM) 1967 Corvette coupe (Monogram) 1968 Chevelle hardtop (AMT)
  23. Don't see many of these, in real life or scale! Nice work.
