  1. Very nice, clean model of a seldom seen car. Great underhood detailing, all around sweet model!
  2. Nice looking car, one of the more colorful paint schemes.
  3. Stock rocks! Really nice job.
  4. That's a great shelf full you've got there. Nice, clean building style. Looking forward to more of your work!
  5. Both are awesome, great paint work. That wagon is absolutely gorgeous.
  6. Nice job Clyde. If I remember correctly, they painted the engine room white to make it easier to spot oil leaks and the like. Jacen can shed more light I'm sure?
  7. "BUT, the SINGLE most important aspect of a particular model, to me, is how accurately it portrays its subject". This is the deciding factor (for me anyway). The portrayal is more important than the actual scale, whether 'as-advertised' or accurate. I build a lot of NASCARs, and they are not to scale. But they do portray the car. When you put a 1996 Lumina next to a '68 Torino (both supposedly 1/25) and they're the same size?
  8. Very nice. I like the colors a lot.
  9. Good looking car.
  10. I totally agree. Great build BTW.
  11. Nice builds. I think they look pretty good as is.
  12. Very nice, great concept, clean execution. Well done!
  13. Wow! 1/87 scale? Those are very cool.
  14. I missed this until now. Great job!

That T-bird is great. The orange looks like lighting to me?
  16. A tri-carb flathead! Love the throttle linkages and general engine details. Great color.
  17. Very nice, great color choice.
  18. I would as long as the sidewall detail is correct! Don't be slapping Goodyears on a car that came with Firestones, for example. On the other hand I hate to reward a company for being so money-hungry as to want royalties for what is in effect free advertising. Are you listening NASCAR?
  19. Nice job, I loved the Kellog's cars.
  20. Nice work! Those flourescent red schemes are tough to duplicate. My first Cup race in person was Dover in '83, and what struck me the first time seeing the cars on the track was Petty's Pontiac. TV didn't do it justice, it absolutley glowed.
  21. Both are great! I especially like the Hooters car. Who drove those, are they Busch cars?
  22. Nice builds John. I'm partial to the Kenny Schrader car, one of my favorite drivers.
  23. There's got to be some middle ground between "I'm so happy we're getting anything" and "it's terrible because the emblems are too faint". It's a '50 Olds! Forget the decals, make it what you want.
  24. Here's a curve ball for you, my other Petty car:
  25. Great contemporary color scheme, outstanding model!
