Charlie is right about "the Kingdom". You can see a moose walking down main st in some of those towns and nobody blinks an eye. I cover the northern part of VT in my work and happened to be in Newport that day. Never heard so many sirens all at once!
Very nice clean work Curt. I especially like the interior details, just enough to be convincing. The wheels/tires look very clean also. Looking forward to completion.
Very nice. The yellow/black contrasts well. Excellent job. I also like your approach under the hood, light detailing without going over the top. An obscure subject for sure, I don't remember seeing this car at all?
Very nice! So ugly it's cool, like many early 60's Mopars. I learned to drive in my buddy's '63 Dart very much like this. Push button auto, slant 6 terror.
Oops. Well I guess you don't have that much to learn from me . Bobby did drive the 8 when it was Miller High Life I believe, when Bobby Allison was in the 12 team car.
Nice Bobby Hillen car Michel. I know what you mean, I don't care for the 48 or 18 either. I think it has more to do with them stinking up the show, everybody loves to hate a winner . Welcome and hope to see some more work from you. There are a lot of great builders on here and lots to learn.
I have built exactly one of these, the Buddy Baker Charger and it fought me every step of the way. As said above they can be built into decent looking replicas but be prepared for a LOT of work.
Interior details, under the hood, rear side windows, just an outstanding build. Great foiling job, I know how tough those window and wheelwell strips are.
