  1. Like the overall 60s assortment
  2. Like the 64 Cad and 64 Gal
  3. I dig the muscular assortment 👍
  4. Yeah I kinda figured. I do have red sticker vinyl so I could always cut strips out of that; just takes a little extra work
  5. That '65 is absolutley gorgeous; Tried to convince my dad a few months ago on one just like it, a little more darker in that same colour also with a black vinyl top, as it was pristine at $9,000 but one, it was too far away and two, he's dead set on a muscle car. I like all cars for sure, but the big guys are where I'm at.
  6. Do they have the red stripes decals or is it just the white and black? The black one with the red stripes is so totally what I'd build
  7. I have an undying interest in those big Land Yacht cars, like the full-sizers from the 60s-70s and of course the Space age figher jets with the fins. If it were up to me I'd get my paws on a large car from the Malaise Era since they are pretty abundant and cheap. I know gas milage goes out the window but those big cars, man they're cool to me. In fact the first classic car I came into contact with was a mid '80s Cadillac Coupe DeVille owned by the old lady across the street from our original house. That was in 2007-09 era. I would regularily run across the road to see it and also was let in the back seat once. That car put me onto the big ones. Even my friend's younger brother has a pretty mint 1969 Chrysler Newport, big green four door he bought himself for $4000. the kid doesn't even have a full license to drive yet. So I guess when I have my own place I'm going to buy a large car. A question I guess I have would be; how is it to manouver such long machinery; I'm sure it's not like terribly hard but I know in Europe those cars are like fish outta water (video below). Around here they'd be significantly easier to drive but I have never been behind the wheel of anything longer than 208 Inches (my dad's truck)
  8. Not entirely sure if there is a kit for the 1967 Mustang coupe; wanted to build the one my dad's father bought brand new in 1967. Sold it like two years after but it was a nice car. 289 4-speed manual
  9. Like the Driver's Ed Chrysler and the Creatin Christine
  10. Wow zip some real superb builds there; dign' that '57 Chev and the Ford Wagon as well as the Olds
  11. I suppose I also like these cars too also I like 'em big; more of a good thing
  12. That's really a nice build; I know I saw one in the same colour scheme back in April 2023; not a Skyliner though but no less a cool car
  13. Forgot I have a snaptite 1:24 scale 57 Chev that I put together in like 2014 or something like that; considering redoing it up all nice nice with skills I’ve learned from building regular kits
  14. I like Montegos for some reason. Good work on yours there
  15. Just noticed all the Forward Look Chryslers in the display case in the background; way cool stuff I wish there were newer issues of those particular cars as I am a big fan of the Space Age Chryslers, like that '59 New Yorker .
  16. Looking real good; big fan of the 1960 Plymouths, if I could i'd build one of these, the hardtop. Hard kit to find though holy smokes.
  17. Geez that's an awesome song; that is totally abnormal that they cut it off mid-song. I know there is a short version of the song but that is really wierd they'd stop it abruptly. First heard in the credits of 1993's Dazed and Confused. Great Movie.
  18. Holy smokes that's nice with the lights. Outstanding job
  19. Yeah I noticed that too, in the next issue they put a little section correcting the year
  20. What an awesome JoHan assortment; especially like the Cadillacs
  21. Nice builds I like the Darryl Starbird custom there; as well as the Avanti and the Rambler Scrambler and the Cutlass and I too built a '69 Daytona, yours is real nice.
  22. What pleased me was yesterday I found out WIP means Work In Progress. Been on the forum for 6 months never knew what WIP stood for until yesterday I had a random thought about that.
  23. Congrats to you, man; I remember celebrating my Grandparents' 60th, in 2020, amidst the Covid pandemic. Put a homemande 60th Anniversary sign in the window and it was just me, my Grandparents and my mom. That was a good day May 14th.
