  2. Really like the GMC, the Buick, the Challenger, as well as the bronze Cougar and the 4x4 Ford and the crusty Ford truck on the trailer.
  3. That 1960 Plymouth Coronado stretch Limousine is by far the coolest model I've seen on the forum wow. Totally awesome work that's so cool man πŸ‘πŸ‘
  4. What if I told you all these cars in the photo didn’t run on gasoline. Not one. These cars either run on electricity, steam, and other forms of energy. I guess in 1970 200 entrepreneuring students were involved in some sort of alternative fuel challenge so these cars were used as experimental vehicles to pilot new fuel ideas. Not much info I could find online, this photo came from a picture book I just got. Would be cool to know what some of the vehicles run on and the groups that made them.

So just came into possesion of the 2000 issue of AMT/ERTL's '57 300 from value village; my dad picked it up surprisingly and didn't look in the box. Brought it home and I was going through it and noticed every chrome part is missing; no bumpers, no grille, no hubcaps, no mirrors. The kit is complete except for those parts. Checked on eBay for the parts in question but every individual piece is selling for at least $8 and then shipping from US to Canada is $17 so I'd be spending like $70 on just those pieces which ain't gonna happen. The kit itself was $4. Would anyone possibly be willing to spare left over chrome pieces in exchange for my undying gratitude *I unfortunately have really nothing I could trade; haven't much of a stash of kits let alone individual parts* Also the instruction manual is gone; came with a decal application sheet for some other car

  18. I spy a '60 Plymouth wagon in there... pretty cool.. Overall fantastic diorama, all cars look period correct, and it's really cool to see them displayed in this manner. Loved the movie, too I have it and the second one on DVD.
  19. From one Nathan to another, welcome to the forum
