  1. I suppose I also like these cars too also I like 'em big; more of a good thing
  2. That's really a nice build; I know I saw one in the same colour scheme back in April 2023; not a Skyliner though but no less a cool car
  3. Forgot I have a snaptite 1:24 scale 57 Chev that I put together in like 2014 or something like that; considering redoing it up all nice nice with skills I’ve learned from building regular kits
  4. I like Montegos for some reason. Good work on yours there
  5. Just noticed all the Forward Look Chryslers in the display case in the background; way cool stuff I wish there were newer issues of those particular cars as I am a big fan of the Space Age Chryslers, like that '59 New Yorker .
  6. Looking real good; big fan of the 1960 Plymouths, if I could i'd build one of these, the hardtop. Hard kit to find though holy smokes.
  7. Geez that's an awesome song; that is totally abnormal that they cut it off mid-song. I know there is a short version of the song but that is really wierd they'd stop it abruptly. First heard in the credits of 1993's Dazed and Confused. Great Movie.
  8. Holy smokes that's nice with the lights. Outstanding job
  9. Yeah I noticed that too, in the next issue they put a little section correcting the year
  10. What an awesome JoHan assortment; especially like the Cadillacs
  11. Nice builds I like the Darryl Starbird custom there; as well as the Avanti and the Rambler Scrambler and the Cutlass and I too built a '69 Daytona, yours is real nice.
  12. What pleased me was yesterday I found out WIP means Work In Progress. Been on the forum for 6 months never knew what WIP stood for until yesterday I had a random thought about that.
  13. Congrats to you, man; I remember celebrating my Grandparents' 60th, in 2020, amidst the Covid pandemic. Put a homemande 60th Anniversary sign in the window and it was just me, my Grandparents and my mom. That was a good day May 14th.
  14. Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario 1962, Algoma West Used Cars
  15. Like the '59 Edsel and the '62 Galaxie, and the Fairlane and the custom Ranchero as well as the '64 Malibu and the Falcon Wagons
  16. Nice assortment of muscular vehicles, I dig the Superbee and the ford Truck
  17. I still have yet to build my usernamesake car; actually contemplated picking up the kit a few times but always found something of greater interest
  18. Funny, I just realized I did 12 this year, so that’s like one for every month but I started in March
  19. My relatives from down south came up for Christmas and brought a whole crop of Old Autos Newspaper from Bothwell Ontario that were apparently were being sold for free. There’s 22 of them from years 2021/2022. May not actually read them until I’m an old man but they’re interesting.
  20. Ah yes the Thunderbird; I too forgot about that one, and it’s my favourite of all your builds. I think in the original post I mentioned it reminded me of like an early HotWheels. The colour and the redlines are spot on 👍
  21. I usually just pick them up from Walmart, no subscription. The Feb. Classic car issue is out now I have it. Just waiting for Muscle Machines Feb issue then that’s it. I am kinda sad even though I know the two will be shoved into Motor News but that mag is too large, the classic car a muscle machines were conveniently sized. That being said I may pick up a Motor News once a while, but not as regularly as I did the other two mags.
