Between the closeout store my wife loves, hobby lobby and harbor freight, I stocked up. The closeout store has an Amazon returns section, I found some keyless chucks, sand paper, blades, a torch tip cleaner with the drills and 3 packs of liner pens. All a dollar each.

These are both from an obscure one time release of a Peter Pan kit. The item on the right is a crudely cast beer stein, the other belongs to Captain Hook.

My situation a one off. I built a box and attached it to the window, and had to lift the window up to the box. These are old windows, single pane that drop into the wall. A similar box made to fit the opening, sealed from the weather could remedy your situation, I know the landlord issue all too well. Here's a shot of how I took care of my situation until I replace these windows.

I see hawks and the occasional bald eagle, cool birds to watch. These things, however are everywhere there happens to be roadkill. Turkey vulture. -

Not sure about your area, but here code enforcement CANNOT go/look under a cover to "check" a vehicle. I actually managed to get the building/zoning guy in some trouble back when I was 18 for that exact reason. Since your guy's working with you, might not be that big of a deal. -

Very nice job, I may have to try this out. I also wonder if that paint would mimic a bed liner material? -

I would second this, and if you have a hollow ground driver, all the better. Brass is soft, not that this should be super tight or anything -
Nice job with the hood, looks good

Nice job so far.

Is the vent on your cup clear, and are the o-rings in the brush in good shape. Clean really well and look everything over. -

I've had can that sat for long stretches act that way, and new ones as well. One thing I always do with any rattle can is to warm it up in a container of hot water. Raises the pressure in the can, and thins the product a bit. Always gives me better results. -
Looks good in the daylight.

I would say it's either really old, or defective. 12 hours in the dehydrator you would think would off gas that enough to do the trick. One question for you, did it sit for an extended period? I've had cans act similar after sitting a long time -

Had to change gears tonight, the distributor deal can take a back seat for now. Touched up one paint on some parts, and did I mock-up to check ride height and get some inspiration. Got the hood fitting correct as far as height, but it has a slight warp diagonally. I also have to adress where the body meets the front of the frame, seems to be holding itself up a bit. It pretty much has all the same issues NOBLNG pointed out in their build.

Thank you. I'm here to try and contribute and share in the hobby, there are a tremendous amount of extremely talented individuals here, and a very supportive group as a whole.

Super clean looking build. I like this. -
That's exactly what I was thinking, it's more if an experiment, this is the first one I've ever wired. I've got some 32? Gauge wire i could try, it seemed small to me, but at this scale everything is. Thanks for compliment on the exhaust, that was fun to do.

So the kit's distributor has tadpole syndrome, grew legs and hopped away. I robbed this one from another kit, and tried my hand at wiring one up. First time doing this, if it doesn't work out I'll probably get a pre-wired. I don't currently have any pin drill bits small enough to pull off a real nice one, so I improvised. Drilled a hole down the center, and ran all nine out of there. This is .020 styrene, that may turn out to be a mistake, we'll see. I also opened the ends of the exhaust, that's black sharpie so I have a contrast to see what I'm doing. If anyone has suggestions on the distributor, I'm all ears. Thanks.

Your car looks awesome. I get so annoyed when an otherwise good paint job picks up the random speck, hair or pterodactyl.

Finally properly ducted my spray booth out the window. My home was built in 1940, where my work bench is located has the last 3 windows I've got to replace, so it took a bit of creative engineering. They aren't like a typical window, they actually drop down into the wall, no counterweight or spring assist. Most likely original to the house.
