  1. I'd like the front even lower, but I do really like where you're going with this!
  2. I love the videos, cool, and it looks like it's going to be a nice build, let's see more!!! Thanks!
  3. Your build, I mean the pictures here, I haven't looked at the progress yet, make me REALLY want to build one myself. I've heard a lot of criticism, which I like to ignore somewhat, knowing that it can be made better and you just proved it. That looks amazing, congratulations to you and should Trumpeter ever re-issue that kit, I hope they do themselves a favor and put your build on the box! YOU sold me on buying one!!!
  4. Beautiful! I love those rims but you maybe should've squashed the front down lower, rear looks great, pics are so cool too, very nice car, I want one in black!!! I just want one!! (in black please)
  5. Wow, that is nice! Those photos are crisp too! Yes those old kits can look fantastic with a good clean build, that one sure does!
  6. Yes, beautifully done and in great colours AND great photos! (well some are a bit blurry but the settings are awesome) Very nice indeed!
  7. Beautiful build of an un usual car, nice to see, thanks for sharing!
  8. I do like the extended wheelbase!
  9. Beautiful shape, very sleek, I'd buy one!
  10. That is so cool, excellent work! I do have a question, what did you use for the front bumper mounted fog lights? I want to do that to my '49 Merc Woody, fog lights that is! Thanks, and congratulations on such a fine piece!
  11. You will get some criticism, but it's only a model and as long as you enjoyed building it, that's all it's really about. Now a big part of the problem is that those Rivs were just so gorgeous, that customizing them is considered almost sacrilegious, so don't take that personally. Another thing is that a LOT of guys, I mean a whole lot, really don't like big rims on a classic, I like up to 20s, but most of my friends thing even that's too big. So the 24s or so on yours will get a lot of people upset, or maybe just making negative comments, but don't take that personally either. Build what you like, share pictures and take the criticism as constructive, or just plain ignore it as you just can't please everyone!!!! But you must paint those interior tabs to match the firewall okay! Cheers, great model by the way!!!
  12. Got a real nice old school vibe to it, I really like it!
  13. Like everyone has already said..........WOW!!! I love it!! Man that looks great in maroon, just awesome build of an early kit, just goes to show us all that even those old kits can look great when done up right, like you just did!!! Fantastic!
  14. Oh man does that ever look cool! Awesome detail work and scratchbuilding, wow!
  15. I've only done that once! Strange thing is, it was also on a '51 Chev fastback! LEDs are the way to light your workbench now, as they do not give off any heat!
  16. Wow, is right! Awesome work man! Cool!!
  17. Aw man that is SO cool, wow!
  18. That looks great, I love the dash details, man I gotta build me one of those beetles! Love it!!
  19. Very nicely done! Make up a cool story about the plug wires being run through protective tubing or something! Looks really great though!!
  20. Wow, that IS a stunner, fantastic job and yes those old annuals CAN be built to look spectacular, and you just proved it! Excellent!!
  21. I don't think there's a nicer looking scale TR 3 out there, man that one is simply stunning, museum quality! Awesome work detailing it to look so realistic and in scale, wow!!!
