  1. I dont know how obscure this is, but its sure weird. Aoshima 1:1 scale!
  2. Whoot whoot! I spent my sons inheritance on Allclad ( not really ) and I didnt relish the idea of a new airbrush.
  3. Answers all my questions except one. Is a gravity feed airbrush mandatory?
  4. Joe has a pretty good idea. They have a lot of compound curves so scratchbuilding would be difficult at best. Use putty or bondo, then just paint gloss black. You could also foil the taillights, paint clear red, then top with Tamiyas smoke. I cant post the pic, but heres the link to a set of tinted covers. 10. Rootliebed the bonnet refers to Rootleib and Co, manufactures of many steel parts and a gaggle of 32 Ford hoods. http://www.rootlieb..../v8_32_hds.html
  11. After I remodeled my home, bought new furniture, set up my kids, bought a new car, made a trust for them, gave a bunch to my friends, then all the rest would go to charity. Because of my past, I would donate it to AA. I'm not realy greedy. I'd rather fiix up my home, maybe put in a pool, instead of buying "the house on the hill and the boat in the bay" But a Drag Boat would be hard to avoid!
  12. I mean besides model builders and artists. My vocation for 30 years was a construction equipment mechanic. I longed to be a guitarist, but couldnt cut it. I found out by accident that I was a drummer. A roomate set up his drums, and in a few weeks I was as good as he was after his years of playing. So I am curious, was there anything that you guys just sort of fell into and found you were pretty good at it?
  13. More fantastic craftsmanship Chris!
  14. I agree, perhaps 3"16?
  15. Funny how the Japanese can make awesome tires and wheels, but we in he states get, best to say, freakin' garbage.Witness the Oaki/Arii slots.
  16. Me thinks Harry is the ghostwriter. Has anyone ever met him?
