Thats pretty funny. The G/F calls it a lieberry too, but shes just trying to be cute. She also calls being tired being "tiggered" but shes read too much Poo.
Just ran across another one. "Puddy" Its "putty" and used on wood. For cars its "body filler" or "body putty" oooooo Sorta like the "Camero" threads. Its "Camaro" ya morons!
This is putty. It never dries. dont ask me why I know.
This is filler. It cures.
I failed english 'cause I can't t conjagate. OOPs, I wrote " 'cause" The reason I failed English was that I was not able to comprehend conjugation. There. I feel better!
If this offends anyone, please delete it Harry.
I-be, he-be, she-be, we-be, they-is. As in "I be goin to see my cuzzin" or "they is goin to da store"
Add in "da POH-lice"
Ive got the crossbars, the chromes, and the soverigns. Bernard Kron found out that the chromes also come in "bigs and littles", 15" rears and 14" fronts. I found out that the soverigns have the small tires. The same size chromes look better using the littles on the front, and the soverigns look better with the bigger tires. Still dont know the part numbers for the "bigs and littles" or the crossbars with wide whites.
Thing-a-ma-bobs other people buy are great, its not my money. My issue is the things I buy on ebay after a few Cervaza's. Thats when I have my "why on the earth" moment.
The word "Axe" This sends me ballistic. I do not "axe" my son to take out the trash. I "ask" him. If I "axed" him he might have a hatchet in his head. So I "axes" "Youse" if "Y'all" "gotses" the same "issyuse". But I do like the word "y'all'!
The Young American AA/FD just came in. I recognize all the parts although I never had this particular kit. I got one back in the 70's, not the Young American, and it was molded in dark blue. What is the history? What was the dark blue version, and did it come out before or after the Young American? I still have part of the body, the wheels and tires, and the fuel line to the tank. I'm sure this is the same kit. Feedback?
Google "swirladelic". There are some neat pics and links to painting forums. This one is in here in the CBP section. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/?showtopic=52127&&page=31
