Nice. Ive got one of those tucked away in the shop. i used the aoshima toyota chassis in mine for adjustability.

Their site says they are out of stock. even the replacement tips.

i had a few sets of those for my clods when i was rc rock crawling. very nice pieces, im also interested in the 24th scales. i was looking at their site a few weeks ago wondering the same as you, just never followed through with it. so if you would lmk what they say. thanks

Thanks guys! i found the samba awhile ago, just needed the kit to start building. what i havent been able to find though are many chassis pics. seems like not too many of these are built with tube anymore??? I also need to find some spindle mount front wheels. heres some of last nights progress. i went back to work today, after being out on medical for two months. so ill still be building just not for 10 hours of the day.

You need a scanner or a pic from online to put them on your hd. print from there.

Time for another build. im starting out with this kit that i got from txrat in a trade, so i figured id smooth this one out for a drag build. this is what i will end up with, i really like the paint on this one. if you have any vw drag racing exp. i would love to hear from you. even if you dont...

I'm tryin' to cut back. Here are some more progress pics. Wheels fitted, seats installed, rear bumper... going with the 409 and 4 speed as supplied in the kit.

Started this one last week. Its the amt super stock bel aire. Wheels and tires from '30 ford woody from Revell, Seats also from Revell out of the '06 shelby gt-h. Im still undecided about the motor/tranny combo.

ditto lots of people use duplicolor. i like the acrylic lacquers and the acrylic clear. good stuff! :ph34r:
