  1. Nothing today. Hanging on to cash in case I find some interesting stuff at the Spirit of Speed show in Pomona next week.
  2. AMT 68s. And the Revell 71 Mustang.
  3. It looks like the rear cove trim is a separate part too.
  4. I don't know what kind of car it is but the fenders appear to be painted to look that way.
  5. Missing Link makes that hood: Resin 1/25th scale 1971-2 Oldsmobile 442 BASE hood from Missing Link | eBay
  6. Check the Ford Custom 500 2-door post.
  7. What? It's not a quick scan, a few mouse clicks and out pops a new tool?
  8. The doors were open for ventilation.
  9. I remember seeing a Gullwing driving down Ventura Blvd many years ago with the doors open. It was a hot day.
  10. The actual turn signal lever shaft is about 1/4" thick, a little smaller than a pencil. A straight pin, with a scratchbuilt tip, would probably serve well as a scale turn signal lever.
  11. We will have a good number of vendors at the show. Almost sold out! Our raffle will include many model kits, paint from Scalefinishes, items from Iceman Collections and gift cards from Burbank's House of Hobbies.
  12. Yellow Lamborghini Aventador cruising the Antelope Valley Mall.

  14. Monogram Kenny Bernstein Tempo funny car AMT 71 Duster Fujimi Countach LP5000 Hasegawa Mazda RX-7 (First gen) Hubley Fiat Altered slot car body
  15. I'm at a loss to identify this:
  16. That's the story I have heard. Pretty sure the fish was hanging in Bill Mitchell's office.
  17. Look at the back half of the car. A friend of mine worked in a Mopar wrecking yard several years ago. On a couple of occasions they put Dart front clips 0n 64-66 Barracudas.
  18. Don't panic. They are probably rearranging the store to confuse and amuse you (and buy more stuff that you find while searching for the kit half aisle)
  19. This was in the neighborhood Walmart parking lot the other day
  20. From Gerry Chevalier: 71 Mustang Coupe body 64 Ferrari GTO conversion kit
  21. Back in the 70s there was a guy in Utah named Roger Billings who did a lot of work converting cars to run on hydrogen. He had a Honda Accord that ran quite well using hydrogen as a fuel. I wonder what happened to his work.
  22. From Gerry Chevalier: 71 Mustang Coupe body 64 Ferrari GTO conversion kit
  23. Gerry Chevalier is doing a limited run of his 70 Ranchero resin conversion kit. You can find him on Facebook.
