  1. What's really pi##ing me off is how all these so called news reporters are so quick to start slobbering over a tragic event and draw in ratings that they start telling you stuff before they have a clue of what's going on "Um, it's been CONFIRMED that fifty seven people have been killed!" Then the next day it changes to six. It is absolutly disgusting how they thrive on peoples misfortunes!!!! It get's worse and worse each day!!!!!!
  2. That's awesome!!! I sell a little "kit" designed to be used in the big sleepers that would work well on a model like that! I has a low Profile Dometic roof AC, a vent lid, three piece toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom sink mounted in a cabinet, microwave face, refrigerator face with handle and a Splendid washer/dryer face with door. Parts were mastered by Les Felts and are VERY nice!!!
  3. This hitch can be used in long beds or short beds. It all depends on the trailer your hauling. If it's a big fithwheel camper trailer that will hit the cab in turns, then yes, you would want to put it into a long bed but most gooseneck trailers have a long triangular neck that would clear the cab in a short bed. The slider hitch mentioned is manual operation and requires the driver to get out and unlock the slide rails so the hitch can slide to the rear of the rails. This provides more clearance for sharp corners or backing the trailer. There is also an automatic slider that slides back and to the side when you turn a corner. When you turn back straight, the hitch is pulled forward and back into the center again. Pictured are one type of manual slider and then an autoslide.
  4. Yes, only issued one time. A very nice Replica of Les Shockley's Shockwave Peterbilt 379. Comes with three detailed jet engines.
  5. I'm pretty sure the guy that mastered that is on the forum here. It is a shame the detail is not more "crisp" as that engine is wanted by quite a few people. Myself included. I had to pass when I saw the pics though.
  6. Check out the prices of the cars in that video!!!
  7. I want a couple when they are ready also!!!!!!!
  8. That R&C W900B kit is hands down THE best W900B conversion kit ever made!!!!!!!! I only have one! You should send me the one you have too!!!!! Then I would have TWO!!!!! Gary's at GW Trucks is nice too but doesn't include the interior parts like the R&C kit has.
  9. Very cool!!!! Nice work!
  10. You've done a great job so far!!!!!!!! Here's the installation instructions for a Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch. I am a master RV technician of over 27 years and install these all the time. If you have any questions, I would be happy to help! A nice resin 5th wheel hitch has been needed for a long time!!!!!! I don't remember anyone else offering one? http://www.reeseprod.com/content/downloads/installation/N30047.pdf

  13. Cool! Interesting subject!
  14. I like that!!!!!! Very nice work!!!!
  15. If I didn't already have three of them I would in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!! I helped Howard in producing this kit and have to say, it is one of the nicest resin kits I have ever seen!!!!!!!! If you like this truck, I highly recommend getting one!!!!
  16. CTM finally got back with my friend in England. They are not able to supply him with the photo etch parts so I am not able to get any to distribute as well. Sorry it has taken so long to let everyone know.
  17. The AMT W900 kit was not modified when the T600 was made. AMT simply utilized existing components of the W900 kit to work with the newer T600 parts. All the W900 parts in the T600 kit are untouched from their original form. All that would need to be done is to find the molds for the cab, hood, sleeper and interior parts (in conjunction with the W900 parts found in the T600 kit) to bring the W900 back. The Alaskan Hauler was made in the same fashion as the T600. They used a lot of parts from the W900 and added new parts to create a "new" truck.
  18. Not sure but I bet her "boyfriend" drives one that is bright yellow with a zebra skin interior!
  19. Wow, looking great so far!!!!!
  20. I just realized, there has been a few times on the main model truck group I belong too where a member has said they would like to see a certain car kit made, one was a cop car but I forget what year. What I do remember, out of the hundreds of truck modelers on there, not one of them felt the need to disagree with them. I guess we're just a little more open minded over there.
  21. Well, if you would have read the entire thread you would know, I don't just build trucks, I build cars and pickups as well, have over a thousand kits of them. Trucks and construction equipment are just first on my favorites list.
