  1. Thanks Paul.
  2. I completed this '66 Chevy El Camino yesterday that was painted with HOK platinum pearl. I applied the flames that came with the kit and cleared over everything. Wheels/tires are from the 1963 Avanti kit. Aluminum tubing was used for exhaust pipes after the kit styrene was straightened. Rustoluem texture paint was used in the box.
  3. Another hobby shop job?
  4. MCM #201 arrived in pristine condition in a plastic mailer bag. I will devour it front to back tonight.
  5. Fine looking hot rod.
  6. IPMS has a review of the kit if you're interested, Harry. http://web.ipmsusa3.org/content/fiat-mefistofele
  7. Maybe if you were better at replying, my sarcasm would disappear, Gregg. Numerous times over the years I've offered to help MCM in whatever capacity I could. NOT ONCE did you respond to my positive attempts at communication. I believe it was Harry that recently posted that YOU are are looking for help. AGAIN I volunteered my services AGAIN at no charge. And AGAIN I didn't hear back from you. Common decency in the business world is to respond in either the positive or negative. You choose to do neither. I love you magazine and the forum. My attempts at volunteering to help just seem to fall on deaf ears. Not much else I can do.
  8. That is now one of my favorites.
  9. That's pretty good , Rob. Only 6 months late.
  10. Fireworks are illegal in Florida but there's Crazy Dave Fireworks tents everywhere. I don't get it.
  11. That flex line garbage legal? I would have piped the line.
  12. Looks pretty cool.
  13. Happy Birthday, Ray. Enjoy the day and many more.
  14. VERY sweet, VERY clean, and VERY SHINY . VERY well done.
  15. Hopefully the meds and PT will do the trick Harry. Good luck.
  16. I hope you mean Dull coat.
  17. I had a Monza hatchback with a small block in it. I don't remember the year. When it came time for a tune up the cost was enormous. Turned the engine had to be lifted to get to the back spark plugs. Or, like myself and I'm sure many others did, cut a flap in the wheel well to get to the plug.
  18. It was only half the carb (1 of 2 pieces) for $3 or $4. I wasn't about to pay that. If you really think it's a good deal, David, I have a bridge I'd be willing sell.
  19. Looking pretty good.
  20. I lost half the carburator on the shop floor and requested a replacement from Moebius. Frank wanted $3 or $4 for a replacement plus postage. I told him to forget it.
  21. Your pics just keep getting better and better, Ed.
