  1. Try a hair drier to help soften those decals up. I use the low heat setting for a few seconds . Let them cool a bit and work out the wrinkles with a q-tip. Make releases if needed.
  2. I love Porsches and yours is now exception. That thing is nice. Did you have any issue with that going together?
  3. That is a slick ride. You should be proud.
  4. Very nice build. I especially like the underside weathering. Good job.
  5. European LMS. That car is just awesome. Would love to find someone to print good quality decals for this car.
  6. This thing is just siiiiiiiick! This is what I would like to do with my Audi R8 GT3. See full size image See full size image 640 x 480 - 105k - jpg - www.nogripracing.com/images/screenshots/50341.jpg Tell me this car isn't just cool as ...............well I can't say but you road racing fans will now what I mean.
  7. How do I do that?
  8. I would flip out and probably break someone's arm if they had picked up my model and dropped. The money , the time, research all that. I agree with displaying the models properly so all angles can be judged. If a builder super details a model it is up to the builder to display it properly. Plain and simple! No judge should ever handle a builders model. Just my opinion and disagree all you want. "Touch my stuff and I'll kill ya" "Calm down Francis" Obviously I am going overboard on the arm breaking, but I would be more than maaaaaaaaaad.
  9. Nothing wrong with Pearl White. That thing looks sweet.
  10. I am looking for his phone number not his email. Things get done quicker via direct contact.
  11. I am looking for Don's number. I am interested in buying a Mustang notch back.

  13. There is a guy not 20 minutes from that does it as well. Little Motor Car Company I believe. I had the info but have no clue where I put it. Maybe someone else can chime in to help with the balance of the info. I live in PA by the way.
  14. Absolutely! I think it has to do with a certain "era" in the modeling community. You know us youngsters are distracted by stickers, do dads and bright colors It seems everywhere I turn these cars are there. Oh well. Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised by something new!
  15. Do I see wires in the engine compartment? Nice job on the bug.
  16. That is just awesome. Some of the cars on that website are sick. If I wasn't as far as I am on this I would consider some of the other options.
  17. Dave, I plan on being there for sure. Maybe we can meet up and talk shop. I most likely will be hanging out at the race car table as most of what I am bring will be on that table.
  18. Mark I would absolutely love to see your builds. I know I called you out before, but alot of people come on here and just post. I want to see all the knowledge put to use. As they say pictures say a thousand words. I look at other people's work as inspiration and drive to build different and better models. So don't take this a s me taking a shot at you or anything. I just figure with thew knowledge of the hobby you must build some interesting stuff and I would love to see it as I am sure others would to!
  19. I wasn't trying to start any any trouble with my response. I said what I have to say about the 32 Ford. A bone stock 32 would be nice to see done. I don't even know what one looks like other than one Ed posted. Maybe I am being closed minded about the subject but this is how I look at it, you that song that comes out on the radio and is awesome like the first month then they play it everyday 6 times a day? That is how I view this kit.
  20. Jeff, it must just be us younger guys that can't relate to that style of car. I build alot of different subjects and have plans to build a F-14 TOMCAT. I picked the kit up for $25 to build and compete in my local Hobby Town semi annual model contest. I want to try and put a whoopin on the Military guys. As far as the 32 goes, please another subject. I think the web theme was great the last two years with the new Merc and the new Nova. How bout a Ferrari or Austin or the Starliner, or Corvair. Something alittle different. I know Ferrari's are common but has anyone seen an ugly one? With the exception to the Pinnafirina.
  21. Why wouldn't it be a 32 Ford? This kit is so over done it's ridiculous. How about something more original? Maybe it is just me but I don't get the allure of this car. Yeah I have built one just to say I have built the most popular kit on the market. But It doesn't appeal to me because so many people have built them. Again played out!
  22. I have a bunch of cars I well sell you for $700 a pop. Let me know what you want.
