This is the fine line I have been trying to thread for a long time. How do I make the forum and the site the ultimate modeler's resource without coming across as the corporate advertising company that I am not. I build I bought and started this magazine because of my love the hobby I have done okay over the years, and always strive to do better But making money is not my top priority. I want to put out the best model car magazine out there, in print, and on the Internet. Sure, I'd love to have my mid-life crises Porsche, paid for by a huge corporate entity, but that's not me, not MCM, and not what you guys would like to see or be apart of. What I need to do is find that fine line that will let everyone find what they want, when they want, here on the forum and on the main web site. One thing I have seen on Yahoo, CNN, and other web sites is that when there is a key word or phrase that may be of interest, if you hover over it, it pops up a small window for a link to an external site, that you can go to for more info. Would this be something you guys would be okay with? Of course, it would not be for every post or thread, only pertinent ones. And it would be a lot of work, unless, of course, you are a two-fingered text messaging 12-year-old wizard! So, you see my dilemma. What will be the fine line? I am open to all suggestions, ideas, and help on this. Thanks, guys.

I'm wondering why this was brought up here in the first place. I sense ulterior motives. Or maybe wanting to stir up trouble. Why bring something up that is a no-nonsense request for confrontation? Granted, my first inclination was to delete this topic. But I let it go. It does make me wonder, why add fuel to the fire? Please, don't make me make decsions that you will not like. I am very lenient on many things, but this is pushing my buttons. And it makes me why this was brought up in the first place. I am closing this thread, and that's it.

No, I remember them here at home. I thought I had put them in an envelope and addressed it to the office, and put in the beast to take to post office to mail. I know one person, but the other two I can't remember. Kelly doesn't remember name either.

The Bugatti Atlantic coupe is the most beautiful car (all three of them) ever made! I was privileged to see and shoot Ralph Lauren's one at the Colorado Grand one year. There was also a "fake" one there as well. I will see if I can find all the pics.

At the NNL West, I got three subscription renewals, and I hate to say I lost the forms! So, if you were one of the three that gave me your MCM renewal forms, please email me, or call me, so I can get the info to the office asap. I know, duh for me!!!!

I agree Sandy, Sheri, and everyone at GBP do a fantastic job. Now, if we could only get the post office to stop ruining the magazines!!!!!
