Oh yeah, that is cool! I like how, instead of just radiusing the 150 quarters, you used the MPC quarters with the fenderwell lip. Looks to me like the rear wheels are American "Daisy" mags (aka 200-S) and fronts are American mags. Keep up the good work!

Early release estimates from the Hobby Show last fall were June/July '08. So history tells us Aug/Sept. is probably the case.

I'd call or e-mail Consumer Service. They used to have a link on the website for product ideas where you could send one in. That went away when Hobbico took over. I guess they don't need our ideas anymore.

James, this is an outstanding build. All the details (low air in the tires, bent license plate, gas spill, etc...) add up to make a very realistic build with loads of character. I like it a lot!

Ken, your bike's looking really good! Nice tank and frame work. Ride height looks good to me, but if you want more just keep airing out that swingarm 'til it sits where you want it. The new Easyriders is a good one. It has two great traditionally-styled choppers in there too - kandy gold & kandy blue. And an industrial looking bike too. GREAT photography. I also saw a mag called "Custom Bike Builders" or some such, advertising over 500 bikes inside. The pics are small, but there are some wild and innovative ideas in there!

Oh yeah! I really like the American mag-inspired ones on the left. I've seen more than a couple bikes with Halibrand 12-spoke rears. Maybe those could be next? I'll be watching for availability of these on the board!
