  2. Bill, a friend of my wife's thinks I would do well using Photo Bucket , any comments there? As for what you have presented , wow . I can well remember the time I had with the I M C kit as I built it back when the plastic was Metallic Red in 1965. Yes , I remember the SLOPPY HINGES TOO! Dad burn things were terrible ! Had we had what the aftermarket offers us now as per strip plastic and metal, we would have had some real killer builds then. I guess we can thank the Slot car boys for the brass as thats when I first saw that product show up. Yes Bill, NOW IS A GOOOD TIME TO BUILD THAT KIT! Ed Shaver

  11. James, I too use the Tape for certain jobs that don't require a lot of detail to show through. It has it's strong suites. The Bare metal is what I suffer through when the job that requires a Rib or there are a lot of textures that need to come through . Ed Shaver
  12. Stump or Greg , you have the RIGHT idea there ! Now go finish the model . Ed Shaver
  13. Man , considering the scarcity of the 1-1 cars I would have to agree with you in a stock version. Uh try Auto color library as to the actual colors used in 1963. I had a cousin that was stationed in the Marines during the time of that car.His was red with a black convertible top and a matching interior. I remember how easy every thing was to service on the car too. They're just my thoughts on the subject . Ed Shaver

  16. Arron, I was too busy at the time these kits came out to build models , but word has it that the Revell kit was the one to get . I saw a couple of enthusiasts build copies of their cars , I was impressed. I certainly think Revell did a better job of the "First generation Mustang than did A M T . Ed Shaver
