An excellent outcome. Mine will be dark blue with a white top and blue interior. Not so sure about the RWL tires, but the Magnums look really nice on that car. Almost like Chrysler's answer to a Buick Wildcat. Charlie Larkin
Without question one of the most talented builders in America today, folks. Bill, I hope we'll see you at NNL-East and this will be in tow. Charlie Larkin
I think the white top would be striking. An interesting option for the interior was a metallic-finish red leather. That would make a lovely car. Another nice option would be a representation of the tan vinyl interior. http://www.oldcarbrochures.com/static/NA/Chrysler_and_Imperial/1966_Chrysler/1966_Chrysler_Brochure/1966 Chrysler-08-09.html Charlie Larkin
These have very high potential. For the Impalas, even if AMT made alternate body/trim/interior molds for their really nice '67, that would work well, too, as opposed to an all-new tool. Charlie Larkin
Welcome. Warpage can often be addressed with submerging the part in slightly hotter than lukewarm water, bending to correct position and holding flat while cooling. Charlie Larkin
I was able to find 1933, Eric. Copy and paste the plate you make, and shrink it to appropriate size in Paint or Open Office Draw (my preference.) This is coming out very nicely. http://www.licenseplates.tv/1933-indiana-state-l-1631.html?= Charlie Larkin
That looks great, Dave. I wasn't really planning on getting this one because it's not a real hot-button model for me, but these pictures changed my mind. Charlie Larkin
What a piece of junk! I mean that in the nicest possible way. About the only thing I would've done is to paint the wipers and window trim with a mix of steel and silver to simulate weathered, dulled stainless steel. Charlie Larkin
I remember somebody was offering a conversion for the Revell 1950 Olds to the fastback. I don't believe it was Hendrix or Flintstone (although I could be wrong- there's don't look like they're designed for it.) Anyone have a pointer in the right direction? Charlie Larkin
I certainly hope all of us can agree that it is this philosophy that must be our common enemy, even if our sub-interests in cars are not commonly shared. I've signed that petition and helped circulate it. I encourage all of you to do the same thing. Want to stop it? Be heard or suffer the potential consequences. Charlie Larkin
