Hum, Bill, I have to say I like it, but with a slight CRANKY modification, if you don't mind.
Here it is:
LADY ROSE PIMPRESS!
LOL.
That's it, buddy, thanks!
Sean, are you talking about fading on a rusty junker (like the one in your video) or fog-fading on a glossy paint job?
I'm not sure I am understanding your question . . . .
I tend to torture my brushes . . . so I'm always looking for fairly cheap ones that would do a nice job with washes, lotions & potions, you know the daily GUNK.
Round and flat brushes come in handy too. Fan brushes I use to create texture with the airbrush, etc . . .
LOL, I feel rather balanced when I do both RUST and GLOSS! Ha.
Here's a progress vid on this bad puppy. PS--I am looking for a good name for this one. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Sean, that's a good question . . . I think I've done a couple, but normally when I fade paint and want it to be shiny I do it with candies . . . they tend to be a lot more forgiving.
Yes, I love it . . . there's also a pitting (subtle chipping) that happens between the salt grain and the immediate area around the grain . . . it's a fun (very surprising at times) process. Thanks.
