  1. I would like to see someone do the cars of George Poteet . Troy has done a few cars for him.
  2. It may not be correct for stock, but If it is ok to chop it makes no difference if it is also sectioned.
  3. I was at the Monroe store yesterday and nothing was on sale. Toledo Store last week and nothing on sale. I did pickup a Mack Truck with the 40% coupon.
  4. Old tooling , the body is not correct . That being said it is a chopped top body so it is not stock anyway. If you do a search for that car on here you can get a look at how they turn out. Here is one for you that is done. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=93163&hl=%2B32+%2Bford+%2Bchopped
  5. The biggest problem with service today is it has to start at the top, and not the stuff that rolls down the hill.
  6. My local store does not have any paint like that. As Tom has said they are a close out so most stores are have different stuff (better than junk) LOL.
  7. I want the cash to be able to buy it. That is cool.
  8. Good looking Nova. The color is a little different but in a good way.
  9. Must be a Peterson Mag. Red 69 on the cover. This is a well deserved subject matter .
  10. Scott I like the work from Troy's shop better than the Foose work for the most part. The one problem I see with this list , the one and done release for most of them.
  11. It has been a few days Tom, I hope she is doing better, prayers for the two of you.
  12. With the tail lights mounted on the tailgate when they were pivoted to make the light with an inch or two of the rear of the car. If it was mounted on the rear corner ( personally I think would look better) The lights would be a foot or two from the rear of the car. Back in the day a station wagon was used more like a truck than the current SUV crowd. A load in the back of the car sitting on the tailgate could block view of one or both of the lights if they were in the rear quarters. Not knowing the rules of lighting in 1949 it seems a bit monday morning quarterbacking to say how it should have been done.
  13. Are you and Ira drinking out of the same Well? This is cool, keep up the good work.
  14. This question is why they refer the newer modern style as the safety bike. My question is how do they start and stop them.
  15. Welcome. Model looks very good.
  16. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZXD73RJ Claims to be giving the results the 22 of June. This started from their FaceBook page.
  17. Awesome. One of the best paint schemes they had on the 28.
  18. Jon great looking 32. Politics is everywhere in this world. If you build for yourself you will be better off, if you get an award even better. A known name even in the Ridler get you bonus points. This year proved that to me.
