  1. http://www.georgesspeedshop.com/Ohio_George/Welcome.html Get all your answers straight from his mouth, well OK words. Great site for a bit of info and pictures. The story says that per NHRA rules you had to run the Willys frame .
  2. Have you defragged or ran an anti virus program lately? Not saying that will work but sometimes it does help.
  3. http://www.georgesspeedshop.com/Ohio_George/MALCO_Photos.html#17 This picture will point out what mike is saying for you. Great site BTW .
  4. Red Prostreet Cheetah Ray? Looking good Ray.
  5. I understand your point Harry .
  6. Maybe a way to sidestep the fact they are still casting parts by selling under a different name .
  7. Harry if a letter is "filled with typos and grammar/punctuation mistakes" must the complaint not be true? Not everyone ( myself included ) is a writer nor an english major. Maybe a better letter could have been written , like a nice hallmark card included thanking them for the ill fitting subject and incorrect window for the last 40 years .
  8. Have you ever tried to filter the paint from the purple pond? The paint that came off the other models sometime needs to be strained out. I find mine works better when it is warm outside also. You should be ok this time of year. Try oven cleaner on it if the pond does not touch it. I have had a few paints that were hard to get off. careful scuffing of the paint still on thebody might also help.
  9. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=golden++star+roadster&go=Submit&qs=n&form=QBIR&pq=golden+star+roadster&sc=0-0&sp=-1&sk=#a This is the Golden Star Roadster. Art is this the same engine but ran with conventional exhaust and intake configuration ?
  10. Looks great. Box stock even the color.
  11. When I could buy a snickers bar for 50 cents models were 5 to 8 dollars resale .
  12. http://trucksleeper.com/ I am not a truck builder but this might be a good start for you. I think this is a great idea. It would give us non truck people a place to start .
  13. Also a fan.
  14. Good idea Rob. This would be something that 3 years from now a newbie will read and get ideas from. I am sure that if you write it even us old guys will pick something up.
  15. That is one sharp car . I came across one of these cars in a box of built up models from a family friend. I was a young kid at the time . The green paint looked good to me so I jacked it up to 4x4 level. It was the late 70'S early 80'S after all . The idea came from a 4X4 Elcamino we drove by on the way home from church. The guy was 5 years ahead of the 4X4 truck craze here.
  16. I forgot to look for the flex file today. GGRRRRR . LOL 57 Ford , 56 Ford, 99 Mustang Cobra for me today. They had several different kits on sale.
