  1. Looking fabulous, Steve! Love the colour combo.
  2. Patient: "Doctor, I have this strawberry growing out of my head." Doctor: "I'll give you some cream to put on that." Why do bees hum? Because they can never remember the words.
  3. It's NOT a toy!
  4. Fabulous! Great weathering, your painted wood looks exactly like ... um .... wood!
  5. Looks fantastic, Richard! Love the colours and the BMF is perfect. My kind of model. Someone said they would rather see a 2-door HT, but I love this model (and the companion DeSoto) for its "4-door-ness".
  6. Another over-the-top beauty, Yuri! And excellent photography again, too.
  7. Looking great, Chriatian - and good to see you back here.
  8. Great looking model! The black and foil trim is specially well done.

Nice looking hot rod. Always good to see new talent.
  10. Thanks so much for comments everyone, always appreciated. I suppose I have had a builder's block for a year or so, certainly I have an ongoing reluctance to get into the spray booth, which is why I'm doing models that don't need painting at the moment. Painting is always the hardest part for me and my success rate is probably under 50%, too low to be thoroughly enjoyable. I'm now working on an AMT pre-painted 57 Chrysler and a Revell Impala HT, whose white plastic has been polished.
  11. Very nice!!!
  12. Really beautiful!!!
  13. Wonderful! Always loved this kit and that's how it should look.
  14. Beautifully built and I love the period colour scheme!
  15. Following warm on the heels of my recent '63, comes this 64 Impala, also done with an AMT promo with original paint. There are a couple of very small scratches in the paint but overall it's survived remarkably well. This time I used the Revell kit's really nice interior and I added mirrors, antenna, Modelhaus tyres, foil etc. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
  16. Great! The work on the interior really makes the model come alive.
  17. Very nice model, love those decals on the seats.
  18. I've never seen this kit built before. Nice work, specially the interior, and great to see something different.
  19. Wow, that looks stunning, Richard! Your foil work is top notch - I'm actually quite scared of attempting the scripts on mine without the benefit of the Foil Before Paint method, since I'm not painting it. If I might be so bold: do something about the too short wheel base when you get that far. I'm sure you've noticed this and it's very visible on the DeSoto shot I posted.
