  1. That looks fantastic! Very fine work indeed.
  2. That is really nice!!! One contributing reason why these kits are rare: I once threw TWO of them in the trash! I'd bought them for about $5 each, needed to make some room, and didn't think it worth the effort to try and sell them.
  3. Here's a few of mine. I'm too lazy to work on a complete basket case so these are all quite salvageable. The 62 Imperial is missing the convertible boot but Modelhaus has it. The Pontiac is a Junior Craftsman kit, the body not painted but that silver will have to go.
  4. Staying on topic (it has fins) but more to show what a mistake those tacked-on quad headlights were on 58 Packards. This looks so much better IMO:
  5. Always nice to see one of my favourite Fords, specially when it's built as well as this one.
  6. Very nice paint finishes and detailing on that engine. I think it's we who could use some tips from you!
  7. Looking great so far. One thing I didn't quite understand - you have a nine-year-old who will sweep a room ?!?!
  8. Really nice work so far. Looks like you're going to really Nayl it. (Get it?)
  9. Nice paint work, nice photos too.
  10. Very nice looking model and the extra detail in the engine bay was definitely worth it.
  11. Very nice!
  12. Wow, another real stunner, Yuri! And I agree with Steve, fantastic photos.
  13. I guess I was pulling your leg a bit with "why" but I very much enjoyed your reply. I really like your photo alterations. And there are already too many people doing "productive and useful" things for society!
  14. Mike (LaughingIndian) those are great - the first one really had me fooled.
  15. Cool! I'm not really into show rods but I always like what you do with them.
  16. These really are beautiful! Bikes make great models because the body panels don't cover everything up. I wish someone would do a few high-end bikes in "my" scale.
  17. How did you do that? WHY did you do that?
  18. Now that IS special!!!
  19. What about Revell's 50 Olds and Mercury Woody or Mobius' Hudsons and Chryslers? All subjects I'd given up hoping for. Or ICM's Opel and Mercedes Staff Cars and Ebbro's Citroen 2CV Fourgonette and Renault 4CV. Who could have seen those coming?
  20. Classic car owners were out in number on a warm afternoon around Lake Zürich today. Here a sample - (sorry, I never carry a camera and my phone is simply a phone.) 3x 65/66 Mustang convertibles in convoy. 68 Mustang. 73 Buick 4 door sedan, like Kojak's car but pristine in silver. 64 Studebaker Hawk Two 61/62 Jaguar E-types 65 Aston Martin MGA Triumph TR2 McLaren 1928 Rolls Royce in bright yellow.
  21. Looks a whole lot better than my first model did!
  22. Looking great, very fine job on that Javelin script!
  23. That's looking great!
  24. Coming along very nicely!
