  1. Nice build of a nice kit and an interesting topic. I have a couple of questions about the fading colour: Is the Cadillac painted pink or is that the bare plastic it was molded in? Also, do you think sitting in direct sunlight caused the fading? (BTW I can't see a Firebird.)
  2. That is REALLY cool!
  3. Not over the top ugly but needing work.... This 'Bird actually has all the stock bits plus Modelhaus chrome.
  4. Enjoying seeing this kit built stock for once - and the kit colour with black looks perfect.
  5. Mike, you're a true styrene sculptor!
  6. Wow! Great concept and beautifully built.
  7. Looking great, Zoltan. I always prefer Ferraris in non-typical colours.
  8. That's looking very nice indeed!
  9. Richard and Brad, those are fantastic diorama photos!
  10. I'm OK with sweeping, it's leaf-blowers I really don't like.
  11. Nice work, looks great!
  12. That is REALLY nice!
  13. Beautiful!!! I certainly don't think it's a horrible kit and I would suggest that your build proves that. Johan got the important bits just right.
  14. That's a beauty - super slick paint job.

    C4 ZR1

Looks very cool in that colour. Nice clean build.
  18. Like Mark, I don't think I ever saw an Edsel in anything else but two-tone - that alone makes it stand out. I love the stance and other subtle changes.
  19. That motor is absolutely stunning! One of the most realistic scale engines I ever saw. Wonderful!

    MECUM Auction

Great idea and beautiful models - specially that Corvette!
  21. Love these cars/this kit and you did a fantastic job on it.
  22. Very nice refinements to a very simple kit.
  23. Some great looking 'Cudas here. If I had to pick a favourite I'd probably go for Jason's car with the patterned vinyl roof - but it would be a close call.
  24. That looks fantastic! (I'm going to have to get over my phobia about painting a model black).
  25. Both look great! I like working with snappers (and promos) too - the simplicity and lack of opening panels can be an advantage.
