  1. Speaking of a darker metallic green - I love this box illustration:
  2. I'll be interested to see how you deal with the little nick at the rear edge of the trunk - probably the body was attached to a runner and simply broken off during production. Mine has this too and it seems like a tricky problem, the plastic being so thin in this area. I'll let you deal with it first and follow suit .
  3. Really like what you've done so far and it's looking nice and smooth in primer.
  4. A nice clean example, looking forward to progress. I love these massive land-yachts! I just got the chrome redone on my '60 convertible and I have a '59 hardtop - which I'll probably never build, but nice to have.
  5. Nice work, I specially like your interior. And welcome to BMF, it really is the way to go.
  6. Excellent build Erik, love all the little details you added. I always loved the look but I wasn't brave enough to tackle the full-detail kit so I'm slowly working on the simpler, promo-based version.
  7. Nice build Curt! The quad lights a re a nice touch - "suddenly it's 1958!" (PS I stand by my use of the word "build" as a noun and see myself at the forefront of language evolution. There are many instances of verbs doubling as nouns.)
  8. Nice work Gerry! Seems to be a great kit overall.
  9. Very pretty models, I love them all. There's a red saloon, probably a 76, parked a hundred yards from here.
  10. Looks like a great find Ron. These were beautiful cars with real character and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it. I bought a built-up '59 hard-top years ago, covered in flame decals, but unpainted and pretty clean.
  11. Very nice! The unassembled kit looks like it would be challenging, but glad to hear it went well.
  12. Paul, another beautiful model from your bench. The whitewalls are perfect.
  13. Very nice!
  14. Great looking duo! (Australian cars look like that underneath.)
  15. Nice work! Never thought I'd see this as a kit.
  16. Excellent!
  17. Nice work!
  18. I think I detect just a wee hint of sarcasm in your apology - I certainly hope so, anyway. And I LOVE the accompanying photo!
  19. That looks fabulous!
  20. Great looking model.
  21. Wow! Excellent!!!
  22. Very nice kit from Revell and you did a great job.
  23. Steve, I LOVE that 62 Chrysler - and it couldn't have gone to a better home.
