A little more.

I will need to fix the height of the interior tub and add to the rocker panels. The front bumper was cut into sections and I added the lower grille and turnsignals from the camaro to the chevelle bumper.

What do you get when you mix an AMT 70 Chevelle and a AMT new Camaro. Hopefully a newer updated chevelle. This is what I will be starting with.

I knew I was wrong. I thought it was mid 60's Australian VC or VF Valiant Pacer. Never thought it would be from spain

the square headlights are throwing me off.

The wiper threw me off at first. But after closer examination I believe I have the correct answer (I think). And if I am wrong I will change my answer on friday.

have not posted anything new on this build in awhile, I have been busy looking for a new job hope to get back to work and working on models soon. Thanks for looking.

How a bout an LS corvette engine in a Toyota Celica. Or a Viper V-10 in a 41 Chev Truck

Or there is a third option, you can send it to me. LOL. I agree with everyone else put it away for awhile and then come back and finish it.

Built this one for my youngest grandson. AMT'S 87 Corvette with C6 wheels. Sanded off the brake light that was on top of the rear hatch to make it look like an 85 (cause I have an 85 in my garage and he likes it.). The paint is Testors Lightning white (it looks like silver to me.) with Tamiya light blue metallic stripes. The checkered pattern is a decal with clear blue shot across it, Then it was cleared and polished. Enjoy.

Custom chevelle built for my grandson. Grafted on a new Camaro top, used the interior, wheels and glass from the Camaro, I had to lengthen the Camaro chassis to fit the Chevelle wheel base. Used a burning sprue to get the marble effect on the stripes, Side stripes are hand cut before painting them..Used a flame mask on the back of the side stripes. Paint is Testors Diamond dust base coat with Tamiya Light blue metallic used on the side stripes, and then Tamiya clear blue over entire body and finally top coated with Clear gloss. You can see this build in the on the workbench during buildup. Thanks for looking and as always all comments are welcomed.
