All of Tim Boyd's postulating about FE diggers got me amped up so I dropped my current project of some Warhammer 40K figures to throw down on this kit. It is largely done but why not share what has been accomplished up to this point. Scratched up a better mag as well as a K valve and hat distribution. Threw on some ignition and it's a party. The decals are super nice and thin and relatively tough enough for my rather clubby mitts. I would say I am at the 90% mark. This as far as this wip session goes but thanks Tim for inspiring me to rip into this kit. One more digger on the shelf is always a good thing as my Garlits collection continues to grow.

I did not know that. Thanks for dropping that knowledge. I am gonna check that boxing out.

Is no one going to remark on Evil Iron being reissued? I believe that was a one and done from back in the day. Those big trike kits were always something I drooled over but never got until one Cristmas saw my aunt Claire give me a Dragon Fire. I for one hope they dig em all out.

Harry would have been over the moon. He loved him some brass era cars. Nice collection, and yes some close ups would be nice.

Atlantis Models has bought another lot of tooling/molds.....
Dragline replied to Dave Van's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Looks like The Rattler molds have been found. It will take some work but the bones are here. Who knows what else Atlantis has. They are going to announce 15 new kits next week. Yes, 15! -

Keep the faith brother. Our reward awaits we who are faithful. I am 58 and I see where it is going for me as well. My faith will pull me through.

Utter brilliance! 3D printing cannot be overstated as a tool for building what the minds eye sees.

An auto builder who can paint figures. They all fit their rides to boot. Well done.
