  5. I also have the hot rod series 56 ,I got lucky there is very little warping on the body,I was able to put the body on the chassis and with a bit of hot water, she's ad good as new,as far as the slop in the door hinges as soon as I get to were I can take pictures again ill try to get some posted of how I came up with a way to get the goods to open and close smooth, this works on all the tri five and any other kit from revell with the same type of hinge.
  6. Oh great now I gotta add this one to my wish list. It looks pretty good with those wheels on it and I'm not a fan of modern wheels.
  7. Thanks man , I was hoping the decal sheet was a good one, and I have heard all of the Foose kits need work to get them as low as the box art. Keep up the good work and I'll be watching.

  11. Scott it my not be worth the price of a hot wheels car, everything said is pretty much true,it takes a great deal of work to make it look good, but that is part of the fun for me I have always loved these revell kit from that era I have 3 of these and 2 of the 55 and a 56, now if I can find the yellow 57 nomad I'll be in hog heaven Midnight prowler I agree they are rough but I still love them, but even as a kid I loved them built them all and thought they liked good (my eyes are better now lol.

  19. How about the ones in the amt parts pack eight per set.
  20. I may not be a huge fan of this type car(I have built a couple though),but I gotta tell you this thing is a real beauty I'd love to see a close up of the interior. The one Acura I have left was done in grey primer but after this I may break out the nail polish.
  21. Thanks Sean.
  22. Beautiful kit,I have the kit and have wondered how to build mine,I'd like to build it just like yours only the fully restored version. Can those decals be purchased from model king.
