  1. Saw this 68 Impala Convertible today. Nice! Later-
  2. Just made a deal with a buddy for this 62 Unibody for $60. Missing the engine, wheels, taillights and hood side chrome. Can't wait to lay my hands on it! Later-
  3. Looks like a.great idea! I say "Go for it!" Later-
  4. Beautiful details in this build. The paint is phenomenal! What color and brand of paint did you use on the interior? Later-
  5. Beautiful work! I always liked the Sedan Delivery and have plans to build one myself using a body I have in the stash. I love the addition of a headliner and the wheels are perfect! I'm guessing that you have quite a stash of 32 parts and kits? I inherited a few bins full of various parts. I'm looking forward to sitting and doing some parts bashing to come up with some future builds. Later-
  6. Mike, This is looking great! Nice mods you've made. The body flows just perfectly. I like the paint and woodgrain decal choice on it and the use of the storage container for windows. What a beautiful custom! Later-
  7. Looks like we found a winner. Thanks everybody. Later-
  8. Not sure but I thought the copywrite date was 2013. Hard to tell. Here is a shot of the wheels that were with it. I'm thinking Cuda also because it is a shorter chassis and has a wider rear in the chassis than in the front. Later-
  9. I picked this up recently at a sale as is and was wondering what kit this is from. Does anyone recognize what Chrysler kit this is? Whoever built it did nice work (other than not removing the stamped in info) Later-
  10. I got tired of trying to get this thing to "sit and stay" while trying to mock it up for working things out. So, I dug out some magnets that I have. I placed some on the firewall and hood, between the cab and bed and at the rear of the chassis and bed. Now it all stays where I put it and goes back to the same location every time. I also got some front airbags scratched up. Later-
  11. I went to a monthly model sale today at one of my fellow club member's house. Picked up.a few things for cheap. Got some bodies for $1 each, a couple of parts kits for $5 each, a stack of decals for $10, 84 GMC Deserter suspensions, and the best of my bunch- a complete Dodge Ramcharger for $25. Later-
  12. Thanks guys for your wealth of knowledge. I appreciate it! Later-
  13. Anybody know what kit these tires and wheels came from? Tires are GoodYear Speedway Wide Tread. Thanks for your help. Later-
  14. Michael, This turned out very nice! What a very distinctive color combo. Love it! The effort you put into this to get the interior to work in that resin body is impressive. So sorry you couldn't make it to Louisville this last week. We will meet up soon, I'm sure. Later-
  15. Thanks! Hopefully soon. I really like the look of this one. Just lost some steam. Then, something else shiny caught my eye. Later-
  16. That is exactly what I was thinking. Stay tuned. Later-
  17. I went to the Ohio Valley Regional Contest and swap meet in Louisville, KY yesterday and picked up.some good deals. Came home to a few packages of stuff I got recently. These are some of the pics along with more 70's Dodge and Chevy pickup and Blazer rebuilders. Later-
  18. Thank you. Looking at the instructions shows just what I have. Great! I wanted that chassis for a project anyway. Now I just have to remember which project. I know some have used it under other vehicles. Later-
  19. So, I bought these parts today in a bag for a couple of bucks at a model show. I thought the fram would be handy. Can anybody ID what kit they are from? Later-
  20. Oh Man! I'm looking for one of those!! Nice score! Later-
  21. I like where you're going with this. It will be good to see what you come up with. Later-
  22. Thanks for replying to that post for me. I had typed all of that info in about that cab on Saturday but must have forgotten to hit "Enter". I'm pretty sure that is the cab. I need to dig through my stuff and find it because I have the rest of that kit-minus the cab- in its box in one of my bins. Later-
  23. Last night's progress while Zooming with SamIAm. Model building and good company. Hard to beat it! Got the rear airbags made. I had to redo the support bracing for the bags. Where I had it made them too tall. Still a bit long for bags but I believe once its all painted black it won't be so noticeable. Also did some more work on the grill. Replaced the molded in bars with flat styrene and brass rod. Just three more rods to install and the grill is done. Later-
  24. Michael, Loving the work you did on this. And to think, you did it twice! I can't wait to see them in person in Louisville. Got to.get me one.of these B400's Later-
  25. I have a glue bomb of this Paddy Wagon myself (and parts of a Tognotti T) I'll have to keep a close eye in this project for ideas as I don't have many spare parts so I'll be looking for ideas. Later-
