Glad to see this coming out so I don’t have to modify a lil red truck kit!

The Future of Revell...for 2024 at least.

As I suspected, the CJ7 is just the ex Monogram kit, though that’s not a bad thing! I’m excited for the new Blazer though, I can’t wait to see the actual parts! -
For those not on Facebook, here are the details of Joseph’s new Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/FireballModelworks

Looks like screenshots of a Facebook Live video. Either way, can't wait for a full detail kit of the '67-'72 trucks!

Just go to the Hobby Lobby website and check out their weekly ad, it will show whether or not the models are 40% off that week.

Yeah a 1/16 kit would be nice to bridge the gap between the 1/24 kit and that giant 1/8 month-by-month kit! -
Where is Chad? Any Round2/NY Toy Fair news?
Jordan White replied to Chris in Berwyn's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Nonsense, tell Chad he doesn’t get vacations, he must dance for our amusement in the warehouse! ? -

Got any closeups of the Fairlady Z? I’m curious to see the kit from the side and to see the parts trees closer! -
History of the MPC Fox Body Mustang
Jordan White replied to Fabrux's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
When I was looking at the 2 in store, I'm not big on building police vehicles and since the drag version also can be built stock, I went for the drag version. I know that they were banking on more sales with the two separate kits, but I wonder how well a 3n1 kit would sell with both the police and drag parts included? -

Just wondering if this 1st gen Mustang talk could move to a different thread? I’m more interested in the Fox Body info! ? -

Oh yeah I see what you mean, it's a shame really! Rob has the right idea then in doing a swap with something else! -
MPC 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger
Jordan White replied to Jordan White's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
I'm sure this is just a straight reissue right now, is there any chance of releasing a GLHS version in the future? Looks like it would mostly just need new wheels/tires, intake assembly/intercooler, and decals. -
Not sure if this is the most recent Fireball thread, but looks like he is going to have a Patreon, I’m guessing possibly for early access to new parts via STL files?

As mentioned in the other Round 2 thread, Stevens International is showing the MPC 1986 Shelby Charger kit as coming out soon. I’m excited since I’ve never been able to find this in person or for a decent price! I am going to guess they won’t, but it would be cool if they included the parts to make a GLHS version!

Parts Box - The Box Itself
Jordan White replied to JordanFordF1's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I use this hardware organizer for most of my spare parts. For my tires, I saw someone else use this thread spool holder from the craft store and got one for myself! For my wheels, most just end up in a tub since I seem to enjoy fishing through to find the wheels I want to use! -

I think Revell really needs to utilize their new tooling and make a few more versions, like a 5.0 hatch and GT. I know they have the 1/24 convertible and Cobra kits in their vault, but the coupe tooling is fresh and crisp! -

I know they are different scales, but has anyone tried using the headlight buckets/lenses from the Revell/Monogram kits on the AMT '88 GT kit? -
What would YOU like to see as a model
Jordan White replied to JeroenM3's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Another one I thought of today, a good kit of a third gen Camaro. Other than some aspects of the 1/25 Revell original, and the 1/24 ex-Arii kit, there are no good looking 3rd gen kits in the 1/25 scale area. All the others have bad proportions or just look toylike. It would be cool to see something on par with Revell’s 1990 Mustang LX kit! -
What year would you consider the start of the kouki period for this car? I know it's used for the Z31 but I haven't seen it used in regards to the Z32. In any case, this looks like it will be a nice kit! I'm assuming it's a curbside since there's no engine pic, but it's nice to see the window masks and taillight mask decal! It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Tamiya kit, though that one is a 2+0 version and not the 2+2 like this one.
