What would YOU like to see as a model
Jordan White replied to JeroenM3's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Another one I thought of today, a good kit of a third gen Camaro. Other than some aspects of the 1/25 Revell original, and the 1/24 ex-Arii kit, there are no good looking 3rd gen kits in the 1/25 scale area. All the others have bad proportions or just look toylike. It would be cool to see something on par with Revell’s 1990 Mustang LX kit! -
What year would you consider the start of the kouki period for this car? I know it's used for the Z31 but I haven't seen it used in regards to the Z32. In any case, this looks like it will be a nice kit! I'm assuming it's a curbside since there's no engine pic, but it's nice to see the window masks and taillight mask decal! It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Tamiya kit, though that one is a 2+0 version and not the 2+2 like this one.

Revell (Monogram) 1/24 1977 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade
Jordan White replied to Jordan White's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
Honestly if the Monogram kit didn’t have the weird oversize wheels and better tires, then it would be a perfect kit. Luckily Fireball has several great options now that would work for it! -

Looks cool! Those wheels go well with the stance, gives it a bit of a sleeper look! -
Revell (Monogram) 1/24 1977 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade
Jordan White replied to Jordan White's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
I just noticed on there too that Monogram once had a 1/20 scale version of the CJ7, I wonder if those molds are still floating around (along with the ones for the 1/16 scale kit)? -
Revell (Monogram) 1/24 1977 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade

The original box that I see on scalemates doesn’t mention anything about multiple versions, so if it is that one they would at least be adding parts maybe? -
Revell (Monogram) 1/24 1977 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade

Expensive option is to modify the one from the Tamiya Wrangler. Moderate to possibly expensive option is have one 3d printed. Cheapest option is to modify a GM in-line 6 to look like an AMC engine. -
Upcoming late '23-early '24 Revell releases
Jordan White replied to Mr. Metallic's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Yeah I'm hoping they don't wimp out and just go for another snap kit like some of their past subjects (Ford Raptor, 6th gen Mustang). -
History of Revell's Squarebody Pickup kits
Jordan White replied to kalbert's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
Looks like Revell will be bringing back the 2wd Street Pickup again! I wonder if they will change any contents, or just the decals? -

Looks like the 1980 Dually kit may be returning soon! Wonder what changes, if any, will be made to it? -
Hopefully the Corvette is a full detail kit!

I have used their paint a few times and it sprays excellent, I can spray a decently heavy coat before it even thinks of running, and the nozzle is very nice. I have used a white base coat underneath to help it pop a bit more. -
Is there a chance we could get a dark theme option for this site? I've come to appreciate it on other sites since it's not as blinding for my eyes, and then coming back here is like going out in the sun without sunglasses! ?

“Gall darn it, what is with this bonnet and boot talk?” ? -
@SteveG Are the Chevy pieces still around, or was the S10 kit converted to the Sonoma kit? Also, any chance of bringing back the S10 Blazer 2dr kit?

Do you also have 1:1 project cars?
Jordan White replied to ctruss53's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
My wife and I’s 1:1 project! 1975 Ford F250 Highboy with a 390! Plans for now are to fix the flatbed, update the interior, tune up and change fluids, replace body mounts, and give it a quick spray paint!
