  1. Any one had any experiences with "vinyl nation", a website I found online that makes wide white wall as well as redline decals for various scales for AMT, Revell and other kits.....good? Bad? ...Thanks!
  2. Never had it go dead, but, I also learned the hard way NEVER put it in an aluminum pan as it will dissolve the pan leaving a MAJOR mess

  5. Miller Meteor only did bodies on Cadillacs, the CB (Cotner Bevenington) did the Olds chassis.....Superior was the major body builder on Pontiacs.

  12. Last time I bought something on Ebay and they tried to charge me tax I asked for their Tax ID number....all of a sudden they waived the tax charges...funny how that happens LOL
  13. A decal set to replicate the styling buck 1949 Sportsman would be GREAT!
  14. For the real cars, The Crestliner was not offered till 1950
  15. The 1953 Squire were the last to have real wood trim, but just the borders and not structural. The inserts were "DiNoc", or vinyl decals. The next year they had fiberglass borders and the dinoc and became "wallpaper woodies"
  16. Pretty much....from 1952 -1958 all Squires used the faux wood around the window areas...in fact, if you look close you'll notice there is a stainless steel trim strip to divide the areas
  17. I restored a 1/1 1957 Squire a few years ago, and yes, they came with the light Oak color around the windows as shown in the brochure. The Oak matches the lower rails
  18. Any one repopping the 1960 Ford F100 hood? Resin would work...

  20. Hopefully yours goes together well (as it appears it is, nice)...I just did this kit and nothing fit well....took lots of adjusting
  21. Let's see....huge wheels, smoked taillights, no real body mods...yup, same stuff
