  1. So, how does one upload an image to Google for searching? I have tons of downloaded images where I've changed the file names, but sometimes want to know where I got them.
  2. While the Bianchi doesn't come close to the decoration of the Italian coach for the nobility below, I'd say they share some DNA.
  3. Of all the models I've seen of this car, from this 1/16 kit to the 1/32, and including the diecasts, this is the only one that doesn't look like a toy to me. Quite an achievement.
  4. I would love to see outside photos in a realistic environment.
  5. The car image is squished so bad on my iPad that it looks like a Nash Metropolitan.
  6. One of Minicraft's reissues of the Hubley Rolls Silver Cloud was called a Phantom Squire, with really bad woody stickers. They also released a version with a typo on the boxtop saying it was 1/16 scale. No such animal.
  7. The ChromeTech USA website provides instructions on how to prep your parts. You have a variety of choices.
  8. That window glass looks very thick. Perhaps you could experiment with a thinner and more flexible stock.
  9. The interior looks great -- nice upholstery choice. Looks like you added straps on the doors and on the window pillars.
  10. What a cool idea.
  11. I take it to mean straight out of the box, no aftermarket parts or particularly personal touches, and the only detailing being paint, perhaps as indicated in the instructions. That's how I did it as a kid.
  12. I was a fan since the 50s when he played an Old West Hispanic sheriff in a Disneyland miniseries, The Nine Lives of Elfego Baca. I still have the Dell comic book of that one. He also did a very unusual and moody series about a cat burglar gone straight, T.H.E. CAT. Lots of gypsy guitar in that one.
  13. Looking awesome, though I would have chosen fabric or leather for the bottom part of the coach. How will you finish the coach seats?
  14. That has been my procedure. The search on Auto ID was part of the fun, but ROM should involve deduction, not Google.
  15. Would there be any gauges on the firewall, as on the Itala or Fiat?
  16. I would also say that's the best job I've seen on what may be the best and most accurate Gullwing kit available.
  17. For my money, French/Canadian/Belgian Lara Fabian is still the best female singer on earth, but "I Will Love Again" was her #1 hit (58 weeks on Billboard charts) from her only English album, issued in the US in 1999. Only one other song on the album charted here, peaking at #28, and she hasn't been on US charts since. This was written with the same team that did Cher's "Believe." She pulled out of US distribution but has become a superstar around the world in many languages. She writes most of her songs and is a terrific poet.
  18. Absolutely. The engine is superb.
  19. On a related subject, a new digital desktop laser cutter is being introduced in December that could make it easy to produce custom PE parts like scripts, etc, if some business would offer it as a service (at around $4000, it's not exactly useful for home hobbyists). Like other laser cutters, it cuts flat materials in a variety of thicknesses and can cut on curves. http://fortune.com/2015/10/22/glowforge-3d-laser-printer/
  20. I see that the top front corners of the seat frame are different on the two sides. Is it supposed to be that way?
  21. Nobody knows better than Harry about how to build these brass-era models, and this is proof.
  22. Hard to believe it's a relative of your Bianchi WIP.
  23. The factory catalogue shot in the first post shows window reflections and the models all have glass.
