  1. Thanks Jim! The rigging in this kit is included as PE, not my favorite way of doing it, but in this scale it seems to work okay.
  2. Hi Everyone, Just put the finishing touches on this one ? This is the Academy (ex- Accurate Miniatures) kit of this bird. Very nice kit, didn't even know that they had reissued it. Built OOB. All colors by Tamiya. Cheers
  3. Hi Ken, Thank you! The base kit is the Fujimi Porsche 356B/C Carrera 2. They are still available on eBay...
  4. Thank you Pierre! Basically I painted the wheel rim with Tamiya Desert Yellow( although any tan sort of color would work...), then did sort of a dry-brush with some dark brown, then overcoated it with Tamiya clear orange. Cheers
  5. Hi Everyone This is my meager attempt at this kit ?. Been wanting to do one of these for quite a while. Kit is not for the faint of heart. LOTS of details/parts, but the fit is not up to a modern day kit. (Or my skills for that matter...?) Built OOB for the most part. Lowered the stance, ended up adding aluminum tubing for the exhaust tips instead of the kit pieces. Paint is Tamiya Mica Silver, cleared in TS-13, and polished, interior red is LP-18. Also, thanks to @chadrob30 for the bonnet straps ? Cheers,

  12. Thanks, Mike! That was actually an afterthought, but it does add a more startled look to it ?
