This is exactly why I have Nick blocked. I got tired of this same thing over and over again. He doesn't understand the concept of constructive critism. He needs to spend less time on the internet and more time refining his skills.
I moved my models and tools 1,200 miles. I put everything else in the truck, but my models stayed with me in the car. It worked really well with almost no damage. The only downside was that the car was really full of kits, no room for anything else.
Dragging kit manufacturers through the mud on the internet is an time honnored pastime. Some people are never satisfied. I think it's going to be great kit and we need the variety. You can't go through life building the same 10 kits. Heaven forbid if Tamiya ever decides to make a '32 Ford, it would be anarchy.
I only use superglue about 20% of the time. I'm never in that big of a hurry. After gluing my fingers together a couple of time, I went to the thicker stuff. Usually I go with Zap brand.
Build it! Kits were meant to be built. Just like hot rods were meant to be driven, but thats another story.
You will enjoy building a lot more than if the box sat on a shelf. In fact you could build it and leave the box on the shelf, the best of both worlds.
Looks like a couple of people got caught up in a bidding frenzy. I think it a sign of things to come, like it or not. Mint kits are getting harder to find.
