The usual story - built model cars as a kid during the early sixties. Stopped once I got my driver's licence. Built the occassional model over the years until the early '90's when I saw a model car display at an indoor rod & custom show. Got involved with the local model car club. Have completed over200 models in the last 30 years and have about 200 unbuilt kits in my closet. My favorite aspect of model car building is modifying a kit body to represent something else. I like various genres of cars including rods, customs, sports car and road racing cars.
