  1. well here is a sneek peek a what I'm going to build after I finish my lifted cameo, scrapin the crappy truck tires though.
  2. No it ain't workin for me yet, oh well guess we'll wait.
  3. well guys, it's finished. It's revells camaro concept, which I picked up at a show for 5 bucks. This kit looks very nice once finished for being a snap kit. On this build I foucesed on paint and deatails instead of customizing and other stuff. I painted it a dupicolor charcol grey, as close to cyber grey on the 1:1 as I could find and I polished it out. The rims I dull coated because they looked to shiny to me and the 1:1's aren't chrome. The chassis was carefuly masked and sprayed the right colors. I still have to put on the last chevy symbol and it will be done completly. Well thanks for lookin, comments and critizim welcome. thanks for lookin.
  4. Yea the time it did let me in there was only two other people. I doubt that it got full in ten minutes.
  5. I've tried about 10 times and still hasen't worked. I was on there once but then it kicked me out, and now I can't get back in again.
  6. I just went to go in it and they said it was full? How many people are allowed in it at a time? I'm just wondering.
  7. wow this a cool tip. Thanks for sharing!
  8. Wow this is lookin really cool!! Man I wish I could do this stuff, well not yet anyways. Good work and very creative!
  9. Yea that was a great video, thanks for showing us!
  10. I might join in on this, when is the deadline? I've got alot of other things to do but if the deadline is far enough away, then I'll enter with a 50 ford f-1, it was a lowrider with sparkle flip flop paint, but the rest of the kit was warped and fought me the whole way, so let me know.
  11. well here's a quick update on the camaro. I got it painted. It looks really good too!! I'm just waiting on the paint to fully cure before I polish it out. Once that is done it's on to final assembly and then to the under glass section!! I also got the interior done but I'm going to repaint the steering wheel all black except the spokes. So here are the pics! Thanks for lookin Let me know what you guys think.
  12. ok guys, here's an update. I got the chassis completely finished. I went over it with black, then detailed it up,I also did the tires letters in white, I thought it looks good. I had to modifiy the exust to go around one of the leaf springs. And then put a little dirt with a taymia weathering set. I got the engine done too. It's the same color as the truck is going to be. I didn't wire it because I just didn't fell like it on this build. The cab and bed are in the first coat of primer, and the interior is going to be worked on in the next day or so. here's the pics. Thanks for lookin, and tell me what you think.
  13. Wow that's one sweet impala. The roof acually works really nice, and the doors are pretty cool. I did the same door treatment to a magnum. Good work and can't wait to see more!
  14. Hey, can I switch my entry from the super bee? I am taking a while on it and I want to do it right. Can I enter a Amt 68 camaro? I'm going to work on it after the cameo is done. It hasn't come out of the bags yet. I know your a mopar man but it's taking me too long and I want to build the camaro Alot! Side pipes, blown, something like a drive to work mon-fri and race on the weekends. Let me know if I can switch.
  15. Yea this thing looks good! I think the interior should be a little dirtier, since it's rusty everywhere else.
  16. Now that's a nice lookin road runner. The guy across the street from me has one that's black with gold stripes and cragers. These are some pretty good lookin cars! Good job and I especially like the color.
  17. Now this is one sweet lookin bird! I agree I too, I really like the color. I also think GM should of designed them with that vette window. Good work.
  18. continued and here is the chrome assories I got from the revell 55 chevy and they fit this engine great!! Well thats it for now. I will be playing with my new airbrush today and my ipod touch so I won't have anything else done on it today. Thanks for lookin. comments and crtizium allwoed! BTW I really like the new forum!!
  19. Oh guys, well I'm waiting for the paint to strip on the camaro do I desided to pull out this kit I got for christmas and start workin on it. So it's amt's 55 cameo, I was going to go stock, but then I found in my parts box the 4 wheel drive suspension from the international scout. So now It's a 4WD. I'm going to paint it a bright gloss red, no metallic or flake or anything. The rims are still from the scout but that might change if I find better ones. So here's the pics. what the stock ride height is and here is were it sits now The bed I kinda damaged when I took it off the tree so I put down a piece of styrene and is going to be body colored and here is the 4WD I took from the scout. I heated the leave springs and bent them to give it the lifted ride height. The drive shaft on the rear axle was too short so I took the kit drive shaft and it fit perfect!!
  20. That's lookin pretty sweet. I like the midsize s-series blazer better but that's just because I own a sonoma. It looks like it coming along, good job!
  21. Wow this is a sweet build you've started! I voted for slamed too, I just think it will just look cool.

  24. Well it looks like your off to a good start! Just take your time and it should turn out alright. What color you going to paint it?
