  3. That's great ingenuity! What a way to re-"cycle" a lighter! Sam
  4. I bought this Monogram 37 Ford sedan about a week ago, and wasn't sure how I would build it, but then I saw Lyle Willits' post of his Humpty 36 Ford in two tone green colors and loved it! So, Lyle, I copied your colors, but I'll never equal your building skills! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they say! This was built OOB with the only mods being the Revell 49 Merc chrome wheels painted Krylon celery, as is the body. The other shade is hunter green. 49 Merc taillights (reversed) were used. Interior is a light beige. It was an easy build - very nice kit. No engine wiring or plumbing was done - I'm lazy! I hope you guys like it. Comments welcome. Thanks for looking!

  20. I use CA glue for balsa on my R/C planes. It works very well. It's quick and permanent. Just about any brand you find at the hobby shops works. Sam

  22. It's a beauty! Great color and foil work. The engine detail is excellent! Sam
  23. Great looking Mustang! I think that's the best color scheme for those 1970's Mustangs. The diorama is very well done too. Good work! Sam
  24. Very nice Merc's! Brings back memories of the 1960's. I still have a model that I built back then of my mother's 1962 Mercury Meteor sedan. I learned to drive on the real one. Sam
