  1. Cool! I like how you did the exhaust. Nice work! Sam
  2. Wow! Very creative work! Styling the boat to match the Impala was a great idea. Good color scheme, too. Nice job! Sam

  4. Looks good, Joe, although the photo is a little fuzzy. Great color! Sam
  5. Great concept, and very well done! It looks great! I agree that someone should make a real one! Sam
  6. I'm not into jacked up 4WD's, but that is COOL! Very creative, and great finish and foil work! Sam
  7. Whoa! Now that's something different! Very cool vehicle! Great job on finishing it! Where did you find those tiny horses? Sam
  8. Interesting how our tastes vary. i would buy that kit just for the tonneau. I always liked the looks of the T-Birds with it on. Tulio, great work on this model! The color looks good on it. Very clean build! Sam
  9. Very nice build! I like the color, and the wheels look good on it. Great work! Sam
  10. Great idea, Tom. I wonder if you could use a spray adhesive. I've used Elmer's spray craft glue on dioramas to put brick paper on foamboard walls, and for sticking woodgrain paper on a 1910 Model T firewall and floorboards. It works well. It will also soak through if you overdo it (guess how I found that out!). Sam
  11. Very well done model! Great color and detail. Those older Novas were cool! Sam
  12. Great work on all the models! Shame on anyone who would let a Jag XKE or a Ferrari rot away like that! Sam
  13. Sweet Camino! Great colors, well done! Good work! Sam
  14. Very nice crusty rat! Great finish and weathering! Sam
  15. Looks smooth! Nice color choice, and well done! Sam
  16. That is cool! Great conversion to a police car. Good work! Sam
  17. Chris, I wish mine had the printed whitewalls, or better yet, I wish Revell had used tires with plastic whitewall inserts like their 49 Mercury kit has in it. That seems like the best way to do wide whitewalls. Sam
  18. Dominik, I posted the diorama in the dioramas section in 2011. If it's not there, you can see it and my other dioramas and models in my Flickr photo album at http://www.flickr.com/photos/12482094@N07/. Sam
  19. It looks like everyone is building this kit, so I decided to join in! This is a nice kit. It is well designed, and goes together well. I don't like the whitewall decals. Actually, I don't like messing with decals in general, and these whitewalls were a bugger. The tires curve near the edge, and the flat decals don't want to follow the curve. I used some decal set, which helped, but I still have some wrinkles. Also, the rear wheels seem a little too far rearward, not centered in the opening. The axle positions are fixed, but somehow, I got it a bit too far back. Not changing it now. The paint is Krylon Almond, which is a very light beige. Interior is two tone gray. Here are some pics taken on my garage diorama in sunlight. Here's the interior during the build. Here it is with my 57 ford and an Ulrich Mini-Man on a Sting Ray bicycle. I enjoyed this build. It's nice to build a kit that goes together without a lot of hassles! I hope you guys like it. Sam
  20. Super clean and nice! The pearl over blue looks great! Nice work! Sam
  21. Very nice Chevy! The two tone paint is great, and I like the upholstery! Sam
  22. Man, that's a lot of work, but it will be nice when it's finished! Sam
  23. Cool dragster! Those headers are clever - very ingenious! Sam
  24. I'm not into Ferraris, but I like this one a lot! It looks kind of sinister, but still elegant. Good work! Sam
  25. Nice diorama! Just enough clutter. Too much distracts from the models when they're photographed in it. Good work! Sam
