Did not know the Pinto wagon was being reissued. Those are the ones I cast though.

I have used it and liked the results I got. I have used it a few times, cannot remember all the colors. I know for sure I have used it over both Testors and Tamiya lacquers. 10-15 minutes between coats. If you plan to polish you will still need to do a straight clear. Also remember, you cannot spray this over enamel. As David suggested, the spoon test would be very helpful here. It will even allow you to keep track of how many coats are needed to get the effect you are after.

Colby, The kit windows do not fit the chopped woody body. With the glass being pretty flat, clear plastic stock is all you need.

I would think about waiting for the Moebius 65 Comet to come out.

The 63 Wagoneer would be a great choice. You could get a lot of millage out of the majority of the tooling. Later model Wagoneers, Cherokees, J-20 pick ups.
