  1. A sad day in the rock world. R.I.P.
  2. You can find an HEI here www.madmodeling.com
  3. Wow, What a bummer. R.I.P. Chuck.
  4. Jamie, I do resin Drag Lites. They are more for street or, small tire drag cars rather than tubbed cars. If they sound like they may work drop me a PM
  5. Jesse, I usually would have NO problem casting up just the hood. The molds for the kit are getting pretty old though. Not sure if we will retool it at this point. If you need to, give me a shout and I will do a test pour of the hood. If it does not come out, there will be no charge.
  6. I think they both turned out great. Cool little story line behind them as well.
  7. All beautiful builds Tim. Just a glimpse of all what can be done with this kit.
  8. Hats off to the D.A.A.M. club for once again putting on a great show. From a vendors view, sales where very good. From a spectators view, the show/contest was outstanding. And, the vendor area grew once again. They also once again had a few killer 1:1 scale hot rods on display. Thanks again guy (and gals) for all the hard work. Thanks to those that stopped by our tables.
  9. Don't quote me on this but, I think they have well over 200 tables sold.
  10. As Christian pointed out. It is a tough time right now but, yes they are still going. I share a building with Paul from SMBC. He is there and does the best he can every day. Sometime we have to make him slow down for his own good. As far as the site goes,,, should be working fine.
  11. This show grows and gets better each year. I understand that ALL vendor tables are sold and will be full. Morgan Automotive Detail, Motor City, Missing Link, SMBC and Scenes Unlimited will be there. Rumor has it Revell and Moebius will be there this year.
  12. You may try this to help remove the chrome parts. Get them wet with tap water, place in a ziplock bag and toss in the freezer overnight. As the water freezes it will expand and may pop the part loose or, at least help it to start loosening.
  13. No need to cut the shaft. Drill the hole for the shaft so that it fits tight Use just a little dap of superglue when you insert that shat and you should be good to go. www.madmodeling.com
