Sorry Kevin, I just sold the Merc last week, the reason you didn't see it was because I had it displayed at a local Hobby Shop and decided to pick it up yesterday. I have 2 more unbuilt, just PM me and I'll see what we can come up with, I don't want to bog down this thread for this purpose!

Yes George, seems lika a steep price and it is, but to me, when you consider the effort that is put into something like this to keep our beloved hobby alive, at the end it's really a small price to pay!!

I just couldn't help the temptation of waiting to polish this thing and guess what, my flesh is weak I will need to order a Photo-etch detail set of this kit to make it more complete and of course, the BMF is also on the to-do list!!! Yes guys, I already have my copy, very cool magazine specially if you are into customs and traditional stuff. Don is a great guy, I only wish that more people would join in to help his magazine take off, I know for a fact that it will be better as time goes by. To Don, even though I have thanked him already, at least through this forum, thanks again for featuring my models!!! Lyle is not on the cover but he got something better, a 2 page spread on his models!!!

Only one thing to criticize, wish I could see clearer pictures , other than that, the model is beautiful!!! Love the color and rims!!! Great job!

I have that model also and it is a complete engine, might even be used for other Toyotas if someone can do a good casting of it!!

Wire wheels look good on it, never thought of using them on a Willys!!!
