  1. Awww, really? Tell me this isn't a clown car or something from a parade.
  2. ooooh yeah... ouch.
  3. It's almost a shame to cover up that cage with panels, but I'm sure you'll make it work.
  4. Excellent build! It seems to me that the color you picked is very near a GM stock color of the time.
  5. I'm afraid if I had an extra $1100.00, I would end up blowing it on something foolish like food or clothing.
  6. Post-apolyptic sci-fi racers, what's not to love about 'em! Awesome work, as usual!
  7. Excellent paint, can't wait to see more pics!
  8. Nicely done.
  9. Excellent work, Brian! It looks like a 1:1 promo car that one might see at a trade show. Very cool!
  10. Nice work, your rusty gritty detail has a good feel to it.
  11. I'm not a Hello Kitty fan, but it's difficult to ignore the power of the "Kitty." You've got a very cool concept here, nice dichotomy.
  12. Nice custom work. The custom grille gives the front end look similar to a '70s Toyota Celica. I mean no disrespect by that, just an observation.
  13. Nice smooth paint job, a good tidy build!
  14. Sir, I envy your skills.
  15. Very cool! Your paint detail is great. I think Stan would approve.
  16. Nice one, Chuck! Clean & straight- good color choice We need more kits like this, I love these ol' 60's bombers.
  17. Nice weathering- a good coat of Arizona dust!
  18. The paint is cool, but I love your interior detail! Excellent work overall!
  19. Awesome, Simply Awesome! I would love to see sharper and larger pics if you could post some.

    Bat Rod

BTW, Eartha Kitt is the only Cat Woman for me!
  21. Cranky, thanks for the paint tips, yor truly are the master of rust & dust! It does work! I used the technique on my Reaver. Without meaning to hijack Cranky's thread, here's proof. Regards, David G.
  22. For those who may be interested, I made a minor update to my website yesterday. I added a few more pics of the '55 Chevy and updated my Home Page with a "Recent Updates" link so you don't have to slog through the whole website to find the new stuff. I'm not a web developer, so feel free to offer helpful comments on content, structure, etc. Thanks, David G.

    Bat Rod

Nice work! Even Batman needs a day off now and then. I'm kind of surprised that there wasn't a Batrod on the old TV show... remember the Batusi?
  24. Cool color and nice work on the top.
  25. Excellent detail with just the right ammount of weathering.
