    Bat Rod

BTW, Eartha Kitt is the only Cat Woman for me!
  2. Cranky, thanks for the paint tips, yor truly are the master of rust & dust! It does work! I used the technique on my Reaver. Without meaning to hijack Cranky's thread, here's proof. Regards, David G.
  3. For those who may be interested, I made a minor update to my website yesterday. I added a few more pics of the '55 Chevy and updated my Home Page with a "Recent Updates" link so you don't have to slog through the whole website to find the new stuff. I'm not a web developer, so feel free to offer helpful comments on content, structure, etc. Thanks, David G.

    Bat Rod

Nice work! Even Batman needs a day off now and then. I'm kind of surprised that there wasn't a Batrod on the old TV show... remember the Batusi?
  5. Cool color and nice work on the top.
  6. Excellent detail with just the right ammount of weathering.
  7. Overall, Very Cool!
  8. Wow, that was fast! What did you have to do to make it look so pretty?
  9. Awesome build, I especially love the engine detail!
  10. 666- Number of The Beast 664- Neighbor of The Beast
  11. Excellent work. With the right backdrop and lighting, it would be difficult to tell they werent real.
  12. Looks like everything is coming along nicely. How's the detail level on this kit?
  13. It's taken me about a year, but today I've achieved my goal of at least looking at each and every topic on this forum. I honestly didn't read all of them, but I did open and scroll through the ones I didn't actually read. Yep, I'm crazy, obsessive and just plain bonkers. Now I can get back to building.
  14. Interesting idea... you may end up starting a trend. The original Zingers were cartoony versions of the custom cars of their times. Maybe the time is right for low rider and donk Zingers?
  15. A pretty color for a handsome car- beautiful build!
  16. Congratulations! May it provide many years of pleasant and joyful memories!
  17. I love old wagons, excellent work on this one!
  18. I agree, the engine seems out of place where it is. Other than that, it looks pretty cool. I believe the wheels are Western Smoothies. I've been looking for a set for my Olds for about five years now.
  19. A fine example of less is more. Very cool.
  20. The Rolls Royce Motor Cars Corp. should be flatterd! Your work is beyond excellent.
  21. More cool train pics! I've always liked the old Pullman heavies.
  22. Looks great, all it needs is the "Hockey Stick" racing stripe to complete it.
  23. Excellent paint and well within their natural color range. Beautiful save.
