He's actually 13 feet tall.

Because it's a European spec model. We have cars over here too! LOL
-
It'll be out of box Chistopher, even though it sits too high for Pro Stock. To be honest I haven't even opened all the plastic bags yet.. Thanks Carl

Thanks guys. That Eleanor II is looking fantastic Ken.

I've seen a couple of very nice prostock Mustang II's here recently. This is the old Firefighter kit. Just going box stock, but with Ford Amparo blue and stripes from the Revell Viper. Just painted and cleared. Long way to go yet, I have a love/hate thing with old MPC stuff.

The price of posting kits from the US has gone through the roof over the last 12 months. I have a friend in Newcastle that sells through ebay, these would all be current Revellogram kits, not old stuff. Send me a PM and I can put you in touch with him if you're interested

Looking great. Geoff doesn't use clear on solid colours, he polishes it out..

Beautiful Corolla.

We're a bit more toned down over here! You couldn't drive that thing anywhere. LOL
-
Thanks Jeremy! If you can find an old BBC programme called Lovejoy on youtube, there's usually a nice dark green Range Rover in it, Have a look

No more Japanese cars then!

I've had a Tamiya Celica in the stash for years, so I finally had a bit of fun with it, just a quick build, far from perfect. Rice rocket style, Porsche GT1 wheels.... LOL

Fabulous work for one day, I'm arsing around with one for two weeks now! LOL

Just go to a motor factor and ask for 2 part auto filler, you might get David's Isopon up in Norway. Dries quickly and sands beautifully.
-
Cheers Stan, I thought the post wasn't showing up! LOL

My interpretation of a late 60's Drag car, 'run what ya brung' type of thing. Now bear in mind we don't even have a proper drag strip over here, so it's just a bit of imagineering, Sanding off the chrome was great fun. I put the gas tank in beside the driver to keep him on his toes! LOL

Me too! I saw a resin Lotus Cortina built up at show, the guy used the Mk2 Esci/Revell Ford Escort as a doner kit, although the BDA engine isn't quite correct, it's pretty close. They're hard to come by these days, I actually got my one from Canada! LOL

Thanks guys. The only thing 'wrong' with the kit is the intake manifold, with the molded in carb and dizzy. I drilled out the distributor, added a big block Mustang carb and chrome intake from the parts box and wired it. It's a good kit as long as you lower it a bit

Yep, that was Robbery. 1967 Bullitt was much better, but he was hired because of that 2 jag chase.
